| Nextiva | Nextiva: Best Deal 05/19/2012 - 12:46 | The best deal for a phone system. I shopped around, did research, read blogs, reviews, called companies and Nextiva has been the right choice. Considering how old and bad my old Toshiba phone system was, this has been a tremendous change for the better. | Nextiva was a tad bit more expensive than the other companies I considered. But I decided to move forward with them because they seemed (and are) the best. Having no contracts was a bonus, but the Nextiva phones cost about $4 more each month. | Each person I've talked to has been kind and smart. I spent at least 2 months reading and learning about voice over ip phone system companies before I signed up with Nextiva. This gave me an advantage when speaking with each company and finding what's the best fit for me. Since my Allstate agency requires certain configurations,such as special after-hours calling. I made sure Nextiva can do and has done everthing I need. There are 5 people in my office and we live off of our phones. The fact that Nextiva made the switch from my Toshiba phones to theirs so easy, deserves this top notch review. |
