My business have been out for a week and they still have no answer and will not send someone out to fix. They say it is at their main office and I don't know when they will fix it. I have to pay an answering service to answer my phones. This company needs to be reported to the corporation commission. This is not the first time we have had issues, I would say this is about the 4th time our phones have gone out and took a week to repair and it was their fault. | This company either needs to provide the service they sold us or allow us out of their contract. I will be filing a complaint against this company at the Corporation Commission. This company is actually hurting my business and it just does not matter to them. I will be looking for a new phone provider. Shame on me for continuing to put up with it. I only hope this site actually posts genuine reviews. |
