Nobody to help
Posted on: Feb 22, 2008good price for unlimited calling to Brazil
Very poor customer service. Would rather pay more for better service
It took us over a month to get our service set up. Nobody at Voxby could figure out the problem. Then we were unable to contact one of the cities that was part of the in-plan unlimited international plan. It took over a month to get that resolved. There are constant connection issues. They only have one person at the customer service number who can help and he is terribly rude. If he is there to help you, you are lucky, if not tough luck.

Watch out for these guys
Posted on: Feb 04, 2008good value if it works
terrible customer service and call back or reply to email from them does not exist. Watch out, they are dishonest
To make a long story short, my debit card mag strip went out so I had to get a jcard. Everything was the same except for the 3 digit security code. Unfortunately, their system will not allow you to change this and you have to set up a whole new account. After numerous attempts to contact them via phone and replying to the emails their automated system sent me saying the credit card would not go through, I gave up and had to get another provider who would actually help me when I needed help. Now, they are trying to sue me in small claims court for 7 months of service even after they cut the service off within two months of not being able to pay.
