RingCentral: Huge savings over traditional PBX

Pros
This is a pretty easy to use system, flexible and for the money, a HUGE savings over a traditional PBX system. Even someone who is not technically minded can set this system up with the help of Ring Central's technical support in just a few minutes.
Cons
If you are not technically minded you may need help setting up the system the first time. The system can go down and you do not have phone or fax until it is corrected.

We moved from a standard one number land line to a toll free inbound phone and fax system with 4 separate lines for less than the national carrier was charging us by a mile!  The system is easy to manage, but if an issue has you confounded, a quick call to tech support has you up and going in no time flat!  The e-fax system works well, but does need to be loosely monitored for failed faxes, but we have no major complaints.  I know I haven't fully implemented all that Ring Central can do at this point, but I know when I have time to plug in the additional features we will be just as happy with them as the features we currently use.  We would definately recommend Ring Central for any small to medium sized business.
