Paragon VoIP could be a paragon of VoIP quality - but they're new, so we're not sure. Their website also looks like it's under construction - which isn't a bad thing either. It does mean that it is hard to find information on them.

Paragon offers a relatively standard VoIP product when it comes to business and residential  - but that's not necessarily a bad thing in a VoIP service provider.
