AVAD’s calling plans provide for many different telephone needs. Their Low Usage Extension plan provides unlimited calling, but without a direct dial number or voicemail. It is intended for the breakroom or the conference room.
AVAD’s Advanced Extension Dial Plan comes at a decent discount (provided you use it for for ten callers at a time and sign a year-long contract) and provides voicemail and a direct dial number.
The Premium Direct Dial plan, while the most expensive, provides several enterprise-grade level features, in addition to AVAD’s standard features.

Excellent system and customer service
Posted on: Jul 24, 2009The customer support is unbeatable. In the entire 2 years we have been with AVAD we have never once had to play the "transfer" game. Their customer and technical support staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The features and capabilities of this phone system are amazing, no matter what we ask for they find a way to meet our needs. Making changes to our account is extremely easy with the online system that they have.
The price is higher than say a Vocalocity but it is for the same reason that a Mustang is more expensive than a Focus.
We got tired of the hassles with AT&T and decided to switch to VoIP. We used Vocalocity at first and had horrendous quality and customer support. Our calls would drop constantly, customers would get busy signals, and whenever a caller did get through you could only hear every other word. I was referred to AVAD by a friend and have never looked back since. They had us up and running immediately on their system and all outgoing calls were immediately fixed. Incoming calls still had various problems but those were resolved once we got our numbers away from Vocalocity.

Service is solid and reliable, support is excellent
Posted on: Jul 20, 2009A lot of sophisticated features. If there is something that you what your phone system to do, chances are you will be able to accomplish with AVAD's system. We can use this system in offices that have cable and/or DSL connections.
System takes a little getting used too.
I have been with AVAD for the last 3 years and have not experienced any problems. They have helped me to use the PBX functions that come with their system.
I highly recommend this service.
