They also are very quick to resolve my issues, most times within 1 business day. | Depending on the internet connection in our office space, the reliability and sound quality can be in and out. | Overall, I am very pleased with our VoIP service through M5. At times, the phones will cut out and sometimes lose connection, but that is because of our weak internet connection in our office. The customer service through M5 is outstanding and I have always had my issues resolved in a better than expected time frame. I would certainly recommend M5 and the VoIP service to a friend or colleague without any hesitation. |
