We've had it where a new feature changes how old features work causing some problems. Their support people normally figure it out pretty quick. I just call them. | I migrated away from the world of POTS lines and PRI's almost 6 years ago to the DLS solution. In the early days the fuctionality was pretty robust. The main motivations for our companies included cost of services (which saved us a lot of money) and flexablity (phones at home, forwarding, time of day routing). Today the system is almost totally redone. The functionallity is 10 full the system we started with. We have had one down time situation in 6 years which was reacted to and fixed within 60 mins. When we went down DLS forwarded all calls to the cell phone. I'm really happy with the service, upgrades and pricing. I highly recommend the product. |
