The Skinny

As a company, Collab9 stays on top of the latest advancements in cloud technology. They will ensure that your business' communication platform is always running on the most recent version of Cisco Call Manager. Every time updates needed to be made, a member of the Collab9 staff was on top of things.

Is Collab9 a Secure Solution?

Of course business owners want a safe and secure process as they move their communication infrastructure to the cloud. Customers like that Collab9's business VOIP services came from secure, tier 3+ data centers. They also get assurance that Collab9's solution meets the toughest security standards that were handed down by the federal government.

Some technologically-savvy customers also like that the redundancy by spread out data centers and its automatic failover are already built into the system. It simply means that important data is safeguarded and not left up to chance or downtime. As business owners, we need a reliable communications system. We can't run our business if our cloud platform is going haywire. Luckily, Collab9 has safeguards in place so that that doesn't happen.
