      I heard about RingLeader through a ShoreTelForums.com promotional email. I typically skim and delete these kinds of things but I happened to need new SIP services at a newly acquired sister company. I attended a webinar surrounding their service and offerings and was impressed enough to take it to my boss right away. The demo process went great and we've been live on their services for a few months now. The service is solid and the customer service / tech support team are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating. Did I mention it's a native SIP solution for ShoreTel?! Really happy with the arrangement and hope for a long and prosperous relationship!

      I switched my office to RingLeader, customer service has been excellent, fast resolution to the very small issues that arose while switching to VoIP, and excellent and fast response to any questions I had. I highly recommend RingLeader.

      Ringleader is great to work with. They are very friendly and rather quick when replying. I called in last week and spoke to Customer Services. John was really easy to work with and answered all my questions. When I asked more technical questions he was able to get a representative from the support department in on that call to assist. We were able to get my new account up and running that next day! I love the price and the flexibility of my options with this provider since I am a smaller business the larger companies plans were too large or included features I didn't need.

            We have used Flowroute for several years. All along we have been highly
            impressed with their call quality, customer support, and price. They have
            scaled with us as our business has grown. We recently discovered their APIs
            which has been a godsend for us – because we can now manage our phone
            numbers in an automated fashion. Another important factor for us was to have
            SMS. Flowroute’s Messaging API solved that gap for us – although you do
            need to have some developer skills to implement.

            Easy to use online portal, APIs, super helpful customer support, and the reliability far better than other providers I have worked with

                  We tested their service for one month before making the switch and received
                  great call quality, customer support and competitive price. The plans based
                  on number of phone lines required instead of paying per user, did offer us
                  good saving every month. Michael was a great help from the start! Porting of
                  numbers, setting up online web account and landline and cordless phones was a
                  breeze. The company is honest and provides quality service with all features
                  as promised at no extra charge. Will definitely recommend them. Thank you

                  Cebod Telecom is an excellent choice for VoIP service, offered us a competitive monthly pricing, no setup fee and all substantial features. Its feature set, along with the thorough customer support makes it a provider worth considering. Sound quality is great as well, I did not believe it until I experienced it for myself. Managing phone system on web portal is also very easy.

                  I am a small business owner and we were looking to upgrade our simple phone
                  system to a more feature rich VOIP system which would support our growing
                  business and without the hassle of maintaining anything ourselves and be
                  reliable as we have global business. we looked at a few options and for the
                  price and features we needed, Cebod Telecom was a great find. I would
                  recommend them for voip services. There concept of paying per phone line, not
                  per user helped us save money as we were able to get better service at a
                  better price. They are always available to answer questions or solve if any
                  issue arises. Also they were very helpful in explaining the various features
                  and how they would help us.

                  Cebod Telecom, offers a complete solution for our phone system, at a
                  competitive price. For less than the price that we were paying just for the
                  local phone service, they offered us with a full-hosted PBX plus phone
                  service. Cebod Telecom excellent phone service and support at every step and
                  we have found them to be very reliable in the short time we have been with
                  them. I have given them 4 stars for quality only because my experience with
                  them is limited to a few months.

                    When I tried to port my number away from Nextiva they terminated the account before the port could be completed. This blocked the port from being completed. They then told me they had to create a new account to move my numbers in. When the new account was created the changed the mailing address so there would be a mismatch, changed my name for the same reason so that they could reject the port. In the end the numbers were not even in the new account and they had moved the numbers to a pool to be reused by someone else. They will harm your business just like they have mine.

                    So From the CRM to the Mobile app everything has bugs and problems. The mobile app does not work and they want to blame your router. So my router at home, my router at work, the router at Starbucks, the 4G form my cell provider. They keep you on the phone to try to fix the bugs and trouble shoot for hours at a time for an app that is not yours to begin with. To then nothing resolved, and try again next week. They don't care that you have a business to run and want you to help in the " trouble shoot and try to fix it ". In the mean while you loose business because you don't get your phone calls either the app does not work or your on the phone with support .They don't understand that for a small business it is our lifeline. Don't waste your time or money, unless you actually want to loose your business. I have spent thousands of dollars to do marketing for my company for the mobile app to ring and dead air, because it does not work. SO when they look at the analytics they say "you received 270 phone calls last week" but fail to look at the average call being 4 to 7 seconds in length. STAY AWAY From This Company nothing but headaches and problems!!!!!

                    I left Google Voice to be 'saved' by Nextiva. This is because Nextiva has a lot more features. But I'm not pleased with Nextiva either. I don't know why people boast about their support. Nextiva support lacks tremendously. Good support doesn't entail a support phone number. Good support entails proper setup, proper comprehension and getting things done right the first time. Their sales department is flawless. But as soon as you pay for services, you realize that you are kind of on your own. It takes forever to port numbers out. You have to create tickets and reach out to support for every part of the setup, it's simply not seamless or white glove to any degree. There's nothing cohesive about the company. It's like you need to deal with a whole new platform for each feature. Like SMS, recording voicemail, etc. They have a LONG way to go for their platform to be adequate. NOTICE! Their mobile app is complete garbage. You CANNOT run your business through their mobile app. It works 1/4 of the time and has list of bugs from NY to Mexico. It's mind blowing that they onboard customers to an app so deficient. Do they not understand that phone calls are an integral part of running a business? Anyway, so much more to say, but I need to go. I'm switching providers yet again and I'm not even one month in. Horrible experience.

                    We have been an Nextiva Client for over 5 years. In the beginning their sales team came off as extremely professional and willing work and give you what you need. That was the end of what sounded to be a great relationship. In the first 12 months of service we had many service issues. We had issues of phones not connecting all the time or not getting dial tones, which forced a phone reboot and wait 5-10 minutes to make a call. The other biggest issue was when on a phone call our outbound voice would get dropped and the clients could not hear us. Nextiva would constantly blame our ISP provider and/or the Router. We had to purchase a second dedicated internet line for the Nextiva phones along with a Barracuda Firewall to help make the service bearable which now raised the monthly cost for the phone service. Throughout the years the service had less issues however, phones would still get disconnect and required rebooting, especially on speakerphones. This forced our team members to dial into their conference call meeting using their cellphones if they needed to attend their meetings on time. Next, we signed a 2-year agreement, not once did Nextiva mention or state clearly visible that they have an Auto-Renewal policy and without notice renewed our contract twice. At 45 months into our service when attempting to reach out and discuss pricing the Account managers did not respond. We called in and spoke to the customer service representatives who will state that you are on a monthly plan and you can cancel at anytime without notice. Not once did the customer service Representatives mention that there is an auto renewal policy or direct to their current Terms. Additionally, Nextiva had never sent out a notification that they will be renewing your account. They are deceitful and fraudulently renew contracts without notification or clients’ consent. When we attempted to cancel after 5 years of service, they state that we had 9 months left on a contract and demanded that we pay a termination fee for the total amount left on the contract. They force you to have a credit card on file with no option to remove the card. Even asking them to not place another charge to our card while disputing the contract they continue to charge our card month after month. The account representative will state that they have passed the complaint to the leadership team who never responds. Stay far away from this company, their service is spotty and will attempt to lock you into an Auto-renewal trap. Do the research on Nextiva, these are ongoing issues like many others are having. Additionally, their own employees have issues and have high turn overs. Do the research now and not wait till it is too late. We are submitting complaints to the proper Consumer protection agencies. As stated before, just stay away from this company, there are many of other reputable companies that wont waste your time and money.

                    I've been with my company for six years and I have been the primary admin for our Nextiva account for the past four years. Nextiva has been the bane of my existence. I won't go into great detail about all of the issues we've had with them because it would take way too long and even thinking about all of the hours I've spent troubleshooting them makes me exhausted and angry. I'll summarize my frustrations instead. Nextiva has, on several occasions in the past year, released our phone numbers that we've had for ages back to the carriers without our knowledge or approval. The first time it took nearly two months to get the number back, all the while our account manager lied to us constantly about the delays. There are some nice people in their customer support team but many that don't seem to have a clue how to help customers with troubleshooting. I dread having issues that require their support because I know, without fail, it's going to mean hours and often days or weeks of my time spent reaching out for help, inquiring about updates, trying to escalate issues. They also instituted a new policy this year that companies who they consider "small" are no longer assigned a dedicated account manager. Instead we have to direct our issues to a "team" and hope someone takes responsibility for it. I can't remember the last time I was able to contact support and get the answer I needed in one conversation. Often I will have to call their main support line and the customer relations line, send emails to support and escalation, and spend hours being bounced from department to department in the online chat. Today, while talking with a support person about a sev1 issue I reported LAST WEEK that still hasn't been resolved, the individual said that the question our IT department had asked of Nextiva was "rude". We were asking for them to provide justification for a troubleshooting request that would require us to schedule maintenance that could affect our employees and clients, and that was apparently "rude" of us. When I asked again that he send an email explaining the request, he suggested that we could find the same answers on Google. I reminded him that we aren't customers of Google, we are customers of Nextiva. We are paying them to support us and provide a quality service but it seems to be too big of an ask. If it was up to me I would switch carriers yesterday. Side note, I noticed the alert in red at the top of this page about them possibly enlisting people to make fake five star reviews to bolster their ratings. I totally believe that is happening. If you look at the GetVoip site, you can see a ton of reviews that all appeared on the same day. Apparently they were having people write reviews while they attended some big conference. Got me wondering if they offered some sort of incentive like gift cards or something for those writing the reviews. Very sketchy.

                    Our psychiatric practice takes care of 5,000 patients. We purchased Nextiva phones, fax and equipment in 2017. Fast Forward 3 years later during a pandemic, and our medical office needed more phone lines. Patients could not reach their doctors as we literally could not answer the calls coming in with the number of lines we had (really unsafe to patients and overall medical care, we needed 6 lines and not 3). Nextiva after multiple attempts and shutting our phones down for two business days (again very unsafe and scary to our patients emergent needs during the pandemic) could not add phone lines and demanded we purchase upgraded equipment. Mind you this would be very expensive. We went with a different carrier and now have six lines to safely care for our patients during these emergent times. We never bought new equipment either. Nextiva states they will not release us from a contract as their lawyers in the state of Arizona have placed a two year autorenewal on our contract. This is illegal in Florida and there are laws to protect against it but in Arizona where the company is based its not a law. They will not release us from the contract despite the circumstances and we have been good customers. Please see better business bureau complaints regarding the same issue. The autorenewal Nextiva has goes into effect with no email, no written notification or any notification at all. They than force you to pay the balance or threaten with collections and to ruin your credit score. To me this is a horrible practice of business and they could care less about our medical practice caring for those with mental illness during a time of crisis. All they care about is the bottom dollar. Please just look at the BBB complaints (Nextiva doesnt even respond to those as they just want $$$). The human resource department and customer support is horrible. They don't even respond to you once you sign the contract.

                    We signed a 3 year contract with Nextiva in anticipation of building and opening our new office on April 1st. Not only could we not finish building the office, we have had to close our exisiting office and lay off all employees. We never used their services, never used the phones. They will not let us out of the contract. Their "generous offer" as it was put to us, was to put our account on hold for 3 months instead of just month to month, while we continue to pay a fee for each of the eight lines we will never use. They were not open to other offers or compromises we proposed. The only other option we were offered was to pay off the 3 year contract in full, to end it. I have had other vendors we work with send offers, discounts and refunds without our even asking. Not this company. They just want their money and could care less about trying an approach with a bit of humanity. Their customer service is a stone wall. Their attitude, pretty despicable considering the current situation and my telling them we most likely would not have a business in three months let alone 3 years.I am a CEO and owner of a company. Never ever would I treat a brand new nor an existing customer in this manner.

                    If there is way to give them minus stars I would. Painful experience of dropped calls and generally bad reception which was never fixed in spite of numerous calls to tech support. I was locked into a 1 year contract so had to stick it out for a year. After the year I ported my number out and tried to cancel service but was informed that I was automatically renewed (NO NOTIFICATION). This auto renewal verbiage is not in the contract and when I pointed this out was informed it was in the Terms and Conditions which was only accessible via a link (which did not work). I've been shunted around to five different customer service reps with no resolution and they've said they are going to continue to bill me even though they are not providing any service. I notice that lots of folks have had the same experience and would like to pursue a class action against this shady company.

                    Stay as far away from these guys as you can! Nextiva had me on the contract as the primary person who setup the contract, I tried to cancel about 2 years later. At that point they told me I was not the primary on the account and could not cancel. How I was changed out of being primary they can not explain, but they insisted that I must have asked them to take me off and put a temporary employee on as the primary. After a very long and painful month of jumping through their hoops to prove with a ton of documentation that this is in fact my account, I told them I want to cancel. They emailed a very misleading email saying that the account is in the cancelation process. As it turns out I failed to follow up with the cancelation and they automatically renewed me .....on an ANNUAL contract. I gave up for a few months and retackled the problem again this year. I went through about 6 rounds of cancelation requests and monthly charges before I was finally "escalated" to a manager who tells me I can not cancel because I am on an annual contract. That until I pay an early termination fee, I cannot be canceled. And the only way to pay this fee is via the phone with him. Sneaky and crooked company "policy" And if that were not enough, the porting out of the phone number was ridiculous. Many of the employees of the company are very nice and I was impressed with that, but now I feel bad for them because they are working with a genuinely crooked boss.

                      We moved from a traditional (non-voip) provider to 8x8 many years ago. I became accustomed to lousy support. After all, it seems to be the way of the world in these times. One day I just couldn't take it anymore. Our phones weren't working correctly, I couldn't get support on the phone and I started looking for a new provider. I was scared stiff. I had online sales customer service and 8 retail locations and no idea what rang where. Alliance held my hand through the transfer, put up with my state of panic and got everything working perfectly in short order. Fast forward years later and Alliance is my VOIP provider for 4 businesses. They provide service and phone numbers in Texas, New York (they even got me a 212 number) and Costa Rica. Yes, they got me local phone numbers in Jaco Costa Rica for RentRica. I recently ported my cell phone number to Alliance. They walked me through setting up a SIP app on my phone, helped me get SMS working and followed up to make sure everything was as it should be. I can only compare the phone service to 8x8 and it is night and day. But I can compare the support to every company I am forced to deal with every day. Alliance has better phone support than 99% of the companies I do business with and that is a very long list. To me, support after the sale is as important as the service provided.

                      Alliance has the best support I have encountered in the VOIP business. They are incredibly flexible. I have thrown some strange requests at Alliance.TJ and the support staff jump through hoops to make it happen.
                      The only thing I have ever requested and didn't get was a white list for my extension. My personal number is 20 years old and 80% of the calls I get are spam. Often with the caller ID spoofed. I wish I could provide a list of contacts who could get through and send everyone else to VM. As it is now I a forced to send every single caller to VM to avoid all the spam calls to my personal extension.

                      We had previously tried VOIP with a large carrier. We consistently experienced dropped calls and it impacted our business. We decided to try Alliance. We could not have been more impressed. Their platform is amazing and has allowed all our offices in different locations to connect and feel like one office. The call quality is outstanding. Most importantly, Alliance’s customer service is exceptional. We are able to reach the Alliance team immediately and deal with the same great staff. With Alliance, there is no unending wait times and speaking to random individuals at a call centre. Their staff are informed and always have creative and resourceful suggestions to our requests and questions. We could not be more pleased to have transferred to Alliance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a VOIP service provider. Thank you Alliance!

                      I switched from Jive to Alliance Phones. They are truly the best VOIP Phone System that I've had. They stand out from the rest with their real value for money and polite and prompt service. The online portal makes managing the phone system much faster and easier. All our drivers have the mobile app installed on their smartphones. It just makes things so much easier and simpler.

                      The flexibility that we can use the service from our cell phones via mobile app. We don't have to forward our calls - they just ring on the mobile app.

                      We recently had to move to a new office, as our company grew, and we've decided to use this opportunity to switch our VOIP Provider, with which we were not too happy anyways. I have to admit that when we saw Alliance Phones quote proposal, at first we did not take it very seriously, as the price seemed pretty low, considering all the features that they offer, on top of which, they have unlimited minutes for US and Canada. However, after we had a few conversations with Alliance Phones, we realized that they are very serious and dedicated to what they do. We even asked them for some references in our state and they were very quick to provide us with such. All the three companies that we called had very nice things to say about them. They were all impressed with their fantastic response and support. They even have an Emergency Support that runs 24/7 and most importantly, it is US based. We have been using Alliance Phones services for about 4 months now and I can honestly say that we had never had any disappointments. They are very kind, quick to act and always ready to go out of their way, in order to satisfy us. Their Web Interface is really easy to use but now I can think of few times, when we were not sure how to setup a certain feature (I think it was the Call Queues) and they did it for us straight away. The best thing about it is that it took them 5 minutes to do it. It's the type of service that we would sincerely recommend!

                      I did a lot of research before I decided to go with Alliance. The web portal is nice. I can see who is on phone in my office. For the 9 months I have been with them I haven’t had any issues with quality of the service. I would recommend.

                      With 14 months service I can say I'm pretty happy with Alliance Phones. I don't use most of the features offered, but I really like the voicemail-to-email and the cool thing is that my clients can hear my business voicemail even though the phone is forwarded to my cell phone.

                      I got screwed by m*gap*t* they were supose to do my phone an the
                      guy just hooked 2 eithernet cables up in over 4 1/2 hrs never configured provisioned or anything
                      didnt hava a computer with him or anything to access the gear
                      he left the jobsite a few times and was gone 1/2 hr 45 min each time
                      he left and told me to do it myself said he had other apointments
                      so trying to find a company that could handle the spa232d truned out to be a challange
                      i got ahold of Alliance and they said they delt with all cisco prouducts
                      it took a bit of doing stanley got into my ata and got me configured and proviosned
                      and got to see the new ata control panel

                      I was a customer of Time Warner. Switching to Alliance Phones saved me more than 70% and I have more features that I need.

                      Before I decided to go with Alliance Phones I was looking into inhouse PBXs. However it seems like everybody nowadays talks about the cloud. I have 10 Phone units and I don’t care whether I’m on the cloud or off the cloud as long as the price I pay is reasonable. I don’t want to show off my equipment, I just want it to work. I had experience with “buy this equipment” and then you’re on your own, so the concept of the cloud technology “plug and play” sounded more appealing to me. Alliance Phones offered very competitive price and have a friendly staff. Whatever they promised, they delivered.

                        My phone stopped working, no dial tone, nothing. Contacted Support was on phone for over an hour trying to fix issue. Could not get phone to work and was told to send phone back and they will issue a new one. Two months later on my bill I am charged for phone I returned, first Net2Phone stated I did not return phone, they finally found phone I returned and I figured all was good. Receive my next bill and there is still the charge for phone I returned. Contact Net2Phone to be told they tested phone and it was deemed damaged and they are charging me. I ask for copy of testing they did on phone and to return the phone to me. I was told "THEY CANNOT DO THAT FOR ME" , i CANNOT HAVE PHONE BACK BECAUSE IT IS IN INVENTORY! This is some kind of scam this Company is doing! I have spent hours sending emails and still getting no where. Search for a better Company to do business with, do not trust Net2phone.

                        The service was not bad, until we had an issue with the cordless phones. They have a very difficult time with simple tasks. (it took them a long string of emails and about 5 people to understand that we needed to replace a broken phone, which took them over a week). After they finally sent us a replacement phone, it would not connect to the existing base. Don't worry, they said they can link in to our computer and sort it all out... before I knew it, none of the cordless phones worked. Now a couple weeks later they have sent us a new base and new cordless phones, but don't have time to call to help set them up. Don't even ask about onsite help, they don't do that. They were quick to send the monthly invoice despite us not having service for half of it.

                        We first started using Net2Phone as our VOIP Provider in August of 2020. While there were a few hurdles to jump through and some gremlins to work out in the first couple months, Net2Phone has proven to be a reliable and easy to use solution for our company. Sam our Customer Success manager has been very attentive and actively works to help us through any bugs that may come up.

                        Net2Phones is the absolute worst phone provider I have ever dealt with. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. Wasted dozens of hours troubleshooting to never get to the solution and 50 emails later they upgrade support to a 'Tier 1' rep who still struggled to fix the problems. After countless issues and failures on net2phones service and wanting to cancel they will not let us. The original negotiated price has also doubled unexpectedly. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

                        My experience with N2P has been unequivocally great. They are available 24/7 and have always responded quickly. We are able to use them for our multiple locations and now with "Shelter in Place" it has been an even more important feature.                         Customer service goes a loooooooong way these days. Net2Phone’s Customer Success is without a doubt first-class. I seriously wish more companies that I do business with would follow the Net2Phone model. It is very tough being a Director of Information Systems, knowing that there will be outages, knowing there will be unexpected hardware/software failures; while supporting users that depend on connectivity 24/7. …. Now you know why those in my field do not sleep at night! : ) Yes, sometimes inconvenient things happen. Fortunately for me and our business, Net2Phone has always been responsive and seriously provided the best customer service! Net2Phone has made many of my days brighter and less stressful…. And that means a lot to me! We are a tough company to please; I hope Net2Phone knows how much we appreciate them, their quality product, and their outstanding service. Bonus if you get to talk with Mark Staley on the phone directly. Not only does he follow through & escalate if necessary, his voice is amazing and worth the call!

                          On 11/21/2022, I requested a new account service with this company. The setup online very easy, simple until you have to call and speak with the administration to activate the account (add funds). Unfortunately, a very rude, lack of respect or courtesy person was the DiDforsale representative. I was a brand new customer, reviews for this company inside the specs but the reality is other. If you are expecting good customer service, this is not the company to do business. STAY AWAY from these guys.

                          We have been using these guys for over 3 years now and while initially was little nervous due to my horrible experience with another VoIP provider these guys surpassed my expectations. They asked right questions and quickly brought me on board by helping me make right choices. They have always been able to address my technical issues and sometimes have gone a step ahead and helped me with issues on my end. I have gone to these guys with all kind of requests and issues and have never had any moment of disappointment. All I can say is once you switch to these guys you will never need to look else where. They have it all Quality, Competitive Price, Customizable products, Top of the line customer service. And I have recently started using their SMS service which I am loving.

                          These guys talk the talk but when it comes down to tech abilities its a big
                          fat ZERO!! Couple guys from India sitting in they're apartment, probably
                          students trying to meet tuition.

                          I signed up to test if this would even work as many fall short when it comes
                          to SIP trunking. The trunk registered but they couldn't even tell me what my
                          IP was, they said it was *.*.*.* when its is actually -.-.-.- and blamed it
                          on my server. The IP they gave me was from the PC I signed up with.Then I
                          registered it with a server across town at another clients place and same
                          thing. Blaming me blaming me blaming me they didn't even have the tools to
                          really see what was going on with the trunk as they are some lame re seller
                          of a re seller so ya I guess you get what you pay for. I couldn't do a wire
                          shark as the calls didn't even reach my server. Its like this with most of
                          these guys. they blame you and try to belittle you when they are sending the
                          DID incorrectly or a header for a phone not a server. If you have GRANDSTREAM
                          stay away from these guys. Maybe stay away regardless of your equipment.

                          Honestly if I could think of one I would but they didn't even offer to refund my 20 bucks.

                          I was looking for a new truck when rebuilding my VOIP server and found
                          DIDforSale. Their pricing was great and fit my needs well. I had a few issues
                          getting calls in and out but Jai straightened it all out in a matter of a few
                          minutes. I should have contacted them a lot sooner. Not only did he get it
                          fixed but he took a few screenshots with my permission to create a blog post

                          It was 2 years ago, we thought we should shop around little bit for SIP
                          Trunking. We had around 100 SIP Trunks and 500 DIDs. Our total bill used to
                          be around $2300. Got a sip trunking price quote from didforsale, initially we
                          were shocked to see the price, literally too good to be true. We thought lets
                          give a try, we ported around 50 numbers to test the quality of service,
                          tested for 3 month, not a single downtime and great voice quality. I guess
                          they don't proxy media, that removes extra hop for audio packets. Anyway
                          within 6 months we moved everything to didforsale. Its been almost 2 year now
                          and we are very very happy.
