I was initially skeptical about switching to another landline service—I've been burned by hidden fees and poor service in the past. However, US Mobile has completely turned that experience around for me. Firstly, the $9.99 monthly plan is unreal! That it includes taxes and fees already is a breath of fresh air. No more unexpected costs cropping up in the middle of the month. The plan isn't just affordable; it's comprehensive. I can call any of my kids and family in U.S. and friends in Canada, and the UK and apparently 200 other countries. This feature alone has been a lifesaver for keeping in touch with my overseas relatives. The call quality is top-notch, and I've yet to experience any downtime or interruptions. The setup was simple, and it's clear that US Mobile has designed their service with user-friendliness in mind. There's also a peace of mind that comes with using a landline—something about it just feels more secure and dependable than relying solely on my mobile phone. Customer service has been prompt and effective whenever I've had questions. They really make you feel valued as a customer, and it's evident they're committed to offering an excellent experience. Overall, I couldn't recommend US Mobile's landline service enough. It has made my life so much easier and more connected, all without breaking the bank.

We offer mobile landline coverage, so customers can have their landline number ring on their cell phone and cancel their previous landline service. Their cell phone becomes the home of both their landline number and their cell phone number.
We provide international cell phone service to members in all 50 states. We offer coverage on three of the four major networks, in addition to a large array of cell phones. We do the switch for our customers, so it's seamless to join us.
Trusting, and impressed on instant answers through email. Very helpful and most of all polite and patient. Finally got a landline for back up incase my cell phone blitzes out. I Iove that I can call anywhere in US. And the process is great for paying ahead.
I am very pleased with Community Phone. From how nice their customer service agents were to how easy it was to set up. Highly recommended.
My experience with Community Phone has been wonderful! Rick, the CSR, was very personable and friendly, and very well trained. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I signed my mother (in a nursing home) up right then and there. I received the landline base within 5 days and it took me less than 5 minutes to put it together. The instruction booklet was simple and easy to read. And then...MAGIC! I picked up the phone and there was a dial tone...HAPPINESS! I made the test call and my dear mother was in business. HOORAY!!
It was a pleasure. The assistance in resolving my issue with having my name appear on the receiver's caller ID was greatly appreciated. The service representatives were very respectful and courteous.
Great Service been with you for over 2 years. Guess something happened. I called and got it straightened out. You are the best company I have ever been with and looking forward to many more years with you. Seems like when I first signed up they said something about after 2 years you get a free month any truth. Thanks for all you have done for me. You have far exceeded my expectations. Couldn't be better well I guess free could be a little better. Love ya all stay safe my friends
Very easy to set up community phone, and customer service was super helpful. One area of improvement is payment options - there is no eft available for seniors without credit cards so I had to put my own credit card on the account. Other than that it was seamless!
Elderly mom with spotty cell phone coverage was afraid to be alone and worried about needing to call family or 911 for emergencies. That’s where Community Phone came in and saved the day!

A business VoIP phone system provider, VoIPLy strives to deliver a communication service that is simple and reliable. Founded in 2012, VoIPLy strives to provide simple VOIP phone systems that address the complex problems businesses often face.
Editorial Review
Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, VoIPLy is dedicated to providing simple and reliable phone solutions to businesses. Founded in 2012, VoIPLy was developed to address the changing communication needs of companies, especially for small to mid-sized businesses. Today, over 5,000 companies turn to VoIPLy’s feature-packed hosted phone systems and fax solutions.
Real Simple Solutions for Small Businesses
One of VoIPLy’s core values is simplicity, which is easily reflected in their offering. VoIPLy makes it easy for businesses to sign up and create their phone system online in four easy steps. Users simply have to enter their company phone number, select their phones, customize their user details, and configure their call routing settings to proceed with their order. Aside from their simple ordering process, VoIPLy also does not lock customers into lengthy contracts, instead offering simple month-to-month plans, giving users more flexibility.
Over 60+ Powerful Features
VoIPLy understands that plain calling features won’t cut it anymore. Thus, they offer up to 60 powerful phone features to help businesses stay ahead and succeed. These include auto attendant, ring groups, business SMS, video conferencing, click to call, visual voicemail, toll-free numbers, HD conference suits, call recording, online meetings, and more.
We ported one of our numbers to test their service, and it was a mess from start. Cannot reach "customer service" by phone, cannot forward to any other number, log-in problems, etc., etc., etc. Avoid this company and save yourself untold frustration.
I have had VoIPly's business offering for just about a year now, using their month-to-month billing. I'm also using a single VOIP to analog adapter that the company furnished. The service has worked for me, but it has been very quirky. Following is not an exhaustive list of observations: * When you order the service, they provide a control panel with its own unique URL. You'll need to bookmark that URL, because I'm not sure it was actually provided in any of the emails that I've received. * There is a very limited amount of online help at voiply.com, and often the help references the portal at https://my.voiply.com. But I noticed that I cannot use the portal, I can only use the special control panel mentioned above. And that special control panel may not have features that are available on my.voiply.com. I cannot tell why that is. * Customer service is mostly through a chat feature. There is often a delay of up to 5 minutes or so between your first message and the reply -- after that, the support is more timely. They always email you the chat, and sometimes they will email you every chat you've ever had, as if it were one long chat. * They have a music-on-hold feature that is very versatile. I tap the switchhook (on the telephone connected to my adapter) to start the hold. If I hang up the phone after that, I'll hear it ringing until I can get to a different extension. You can't change the hold music, but it's a nice classical guitar piece that's not very short and loops after a reasonable amount of time. * Sound quality seems comparable or better than Magic Jack. I have not lost or dropped calls as yet. That's as to the actual VOIP to analog adapter. * However, the Voiply app on my iphone does not work well. Dropped calls, unable to transfer calls (or worse, I transfer someone into the Twilight Zone), unable to use three way conferencing. I ultimately had to uninstall the app. * I have not tried to add any additional equipment to the service, but it looks like there's a monthly charge for the original adapter, and then an additional monthly charge for each additional item of equipment you want to add. * One line on their control panel mentions that you can add additional numbers for about $2.00/month, roughly. But then they don't give you any way of requesting it. * But they make it somewhat easy to port in a number. There's an online form that you use. The only problem is that after you submit the form, it gets converted to an email that is sent unencrypted to the provider with a copy to you. Bear that in mind if you are the concerned about the security of the number you are porting. That said, it takes about a week for the number to port successfully. * In my case, I ported in my original number, then I ported in a second number. But the result was entire unexpected. On the control panel, I can only work with the second number. The first number is listed as my main number, but if I actually dial that number, I get an instant hangup. If I use my second number, it rings on my actual adapter and connected extensions. Yet when I dial from my adapter, the caller ID is for the first (dead) number. I actually don't mind this result, but as I said, it was very unexpected. * Voiply doesn't supply busy signals or recordings. If you dial a number that is busy or disconnected, you don't hear anything except perhaps a ring or two. The line simply goes dead. I can sometimes dial out on a non-Voiply line to confirm what happened. * On the control panel, I like that you can create menu selections using an artificial male or female voice. The voice is authentic-sounding. As a bonus, you can save the voice as its own .mp3 file that you can then upload on another phone service such as Number Barn. BOTTOM LINE: I'm not sure the service is really ready for prime time in its current form, but I can somehow use it. Still, it's not for everyone, and it's certainly not for the faint of heart or for someone not reasonably versed in telephony or VOIP.
I don't know what made me decide to change from OOMA to this company, I should have read the review first before changing, fortunately now I am back with OOMA but not until this company first charge me $25 for the equipment then UPS who damaged it cost me $13.28 and because they will not receive it, they will charge me $30 for cancellation. All those expense for a product that hardly work and hard to configure. Buyer/Subscriber beware, you are warned!!!
Not sure why I didn't check Yelp unless I was unable to find VoIPLy. I signed up in June 2020. I had issues from the start. While the Customer Service is really quick and appears helpful, the issues never ceased. I would have dropped calls and calls simply not coming through. I paid for a year and gave it 6 months. I really, really wanted to like VoIPLy but it was a nightmare. If I choose to have a home phone, I need to know that it will work 99.9% of the time. They initially tried to tell me it was my internet speed but I have fiber optic and I also have been working at home with zero-dropped WebEx calls and video. I would really like for them to refund 50% of my fees but I know that will never happen.
I switched to this company due to the cost of the service and the savings it was providing. First and foremost, let me say you get what you pay for. Your account is NOT secure with this company. I was given access to someone else’s account without any verification whatsoever. I figured this out before they did, and let them know many changes were made to this other account. The supervisor did not seem to think it was a big deal that the agent, a team leader at that, bypassed a couple steps in protocol to give me this access. Not only is the customer service bad, but the phone service is not stable. There is a 2 second delay when answering all calls before the caller can hear you, which means you’re constantly saying “hello” twice. You are also lucky if you can make it more than 4 minutes into a phone call without being disconnected due to the call dropping. This has happened consistently throughout the time needed to port my number back to my previous carrier. The phone options are limited as well. The deluxe phone is not worth the extra money. They also have a new portal that took away the option to change your hold music, so you must use their very loud and extremely unprofessional music, if you can even call it that. The very worst I have ever heard in my 20+ years of phone work. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for VOIP phone service. It will be worth a little extra money to have secure and reliable service.
So they claim to have Android, IOS, Windows, Mac support, in reality they have Chrome support. Their app ONLY works via an open browser window. Accidentally close the window and you have NO COMMUNICATIONS! There are also no Chrome extensions that currently work on their "new platform", which seems to have fewer working features than their old platform. Customer service is good and responds quickly, and the website is very slick, but the product is simply lacking. AVOID this service unless you want to be frustrated.
I ordered new services with them and once I go the phone, it wouldn't work. When I called, after 5pm EST, got tranf to someone who couldn't speak English and kept on saying someone can call you back tomorrow b/c they are all gone. When you are small business, you can't wait till tomorrow to fix your system. I waited till tomorrow to call, according to them they open at 8am EST, when I called at 8:15am, still no one is there to help. Worst company ever to work with, DO NOT do business with them, their price might be cheap but if you have a problem you are out of luck.
I ordered Voiply service in January. Phones arrived plug and play ready as I configured them with their online checkout. Our office has POE switches, we plug the phones in got power. The phones rebooted a couple times. Chatting with a Voiply support specialist they confirmed this was the phones provisioning and all normal. Once the phones were provisioned we saw the names of the users on the phones. We had a simple call scenario with our 4 person office, made test calls, configured our voicemails. All worked as it should. Very impressed with how simple this setup was. Fill out everything online during checkout and your phones will come configured working as they should! Great job Voiply!
Run away! We have had nothing but trouble with VOIPLY since inception. We've had intermittent failures where calls won't get through and no voicemail has been recorded. We only found out because one of our patients told us that they had left numerous messages. We confirmed on their phone bill that they had called and spent time leaving messages for us, but none of these calls or voicemails made it through to our system. Repeated calls to VOIPLY customer service did not help. They tried to blame it on us. Finally, they randomly "changed the server" we were connected to which solved that problem. Now we have the problem where most of the time that we pick up the phone and dial out, the call won't go through. We have to try again. This is super annoying and massive time waster. VOIPLY still cannot fix this after numerous calls and emails to them. We are searching for reliable alternatives to this service. If you choose this company, your phone system may or may not function correctly, and you may very well NOT KNOW that it's not working! This is a recipe for disaster. SCARY!
my.voiply.com's database is not friendly to use, however, teach support was great helper. The help center in the my.voiply.com is good but the order of topic's helps are not logically easy to understand from step 1 to futher steps. There are some videos, but I wish if the service has a flowchart of overall how an incoming call goes thru the system with side by side pictures supporting the flowchart. Other, the online 1hr support is convinient but seeming not enough time to cover everything. Chat on screen is great help. I'm a new customer. I'm still not yet experiencing enough of all the good services of voiply, but I hope that I will expeerience more good of the service from voiply.com in the future. HL

February 2010 update: We were unable to find a working website for Quantamtone.com. The provider is probably out of business.
QuantumTone provides a global calling strategy with affordable rates.
Ooma Office brings a revolutionary way to cut down your expensive business VoIP phone service bills. Introducing Ooma Office, a system that delivers crystal-clear call quality on top of a handful of necessary features to keep your team connected. Plus, set up is a breeze.
With Ooma Office, business customers find that they get solid phone quality for a very reasonable price. You can even compare your yearly savings with Ooma Office by using their savings calculator. Customers save hundreds of dollars a year by using Ooma for their business phone service needs.
I enjoy using Ooma. It has great features and makes my job easier. We use to get a lot of phone calls so setting up the virtual receptionist helped us out a lot. When someone calls they know which extension to call. When someone leaves a voicemail it goes right to my email so I can listen to it. Also I love the app on my phone so when I am out of the office I can get calls and messages still.
We've been using Ooma Office for a while now and haven't had a problem. It's half the cost of the traditional phone service we were using, and it has a ton of features. The virtual assistant feature is really helpful in directing calls to where they're supposed to go. We use the DP1 phones and they work great as well and is feature rich.
so far the call quality and features are good, and the good thing it i pay half of what i used to pay before.
Highly recommand Ooma Voip to anyone so s/he can discover their service such as Voip service and security services and other services such as sales of Home and business phones..etc Good customer service
I have had Ooma for about 2-1/2 years. The quality and reliability have been excellent. The only time I have needed customer service was during the initial setup. They were prompt and very competent.
I love using ooma. It’s great to save money and the call quality is great. I work at night and am on long confernece calls with colleagues. Ooma has never failed me once!
We use the virtual receptionist to route callers to the right department but we really find it to be a great asset when a customer calls after hours and they need to be connected with a support technician. We can have the call forwarded to an outside support technician's cell phone.
We changed our phone service from Verizon to Ooma and are very satisfied with the savings, quality of customer service, features and phone options.
I switched to Ooma from a Verizon landline after horrible customer service, coupled with rising prices and diminished features. The start-up hardware and instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend Ooma for VoIP businesses based on my experience of over two years.
I couldn't be happier. Switching to Ooma was the best decision I made. It probides great quality at low rate and best of all no contract. LOVE it!!!

5 out of 5 for sure. I know there are more features of this service that I could be taking advantage of, but I need to invest the time to learn about them. The service has always been reliable, hasn’t been down since we signed up, and the new account management platform is way easier to use.
The Good: Very easy to use, very professional, very affordable
The Bad: My first phone number was blocked by the prison
Review: Hosted Numbers has been very helpful in getting a local number to talk to my daughter who is in prison. When the first number that I got was blocked, they were very nice when they explained how that worked and how I could get a different one that might not be. Just be aware that they’re not affiliated with the prison system so they can’t tell you if numbers are going to be blocked. They’re very upfront and nice about it, and don’t judge you or treat you badly because of your situation. Very very nice customer service staff.
Hosted Numbers is reliable and professional. I appreciated that they were able to explain every part of my bill very clearly. The 24/7 phone support is great. For personal call forwarding, very good company to go with.
