      As a small business, its important to determine the value in the vendors we use. Switching from Comcast to WaveStreet was one of the best decisions we have made to date. Our phone equipment got an update and our cost was cut in half. The process to switch over was easy and was handled professionally. All of the customer service reps I have spoken with are so helpful and have answered my questions with hardly any wait time.

      Reputation and reliability. As of yet, there have been no real outages that have impacted us. Any potential issue is handled straight away by their customer service.
      After a year and a half, I have yet to come across any.

                  I found 1Voice while researching VOIP providers and called them to test their customer service. A real human being picked up the phone on the second ring and answered my questions politely and completely. I had spoken with other companies and there was always something that wasn't quite right, either long wait times or hesitant answers or reading from a script. The conversation with 1Voice just felt right. We discussed the plans and decided on the one that fit my business the best (he didn't pressure me into the most expensive one) and I chose the $24.99 a month plan with no contract. I bought a commercial-grade bluetooth-capable desk phone for less than $200. When the phone arrived, I plugged it into my router and in less than 5 minutes it was ready to go. The call quality is excellent! I installed their softphone on my Samsung S21 so I could be reached anywhere and the call quality on that is excellent as well - people think I'm on a landline. I've had the service for about two weeks now and I haven't had any issues. I recommend 1Voice for business VOIP.

                  Excellent call quality, lots of features for the money, no contract, easy setup, real human beings who are knowledgeable answer their phones.

                    Trusting, and impressed on instant answers through email. Very helpful and most of all polite and patient. Finally got a landline for back up incase my cell phone blitzes out. I Iove that I can call anywhere in US. And the process is great for paying ahead.

                    My experience with Community Phone has been wonderful! Rick, the CSR, was very personable and friendly, and very well trained. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I signed my mother (in a nursing home) up right then and there. I received the landline base within 5 days and it took me less than 5 minutes to put it together. The instruction booklet was simple and easy to read. And then...MAGIC! I picked up the phone and there was a dial tone...HAPPINESS! I made the test call and my dear mother was in business. HOORAY!!

                    I received my first billing today and it was exactly as it was supposed to be. My mother is 94 and could not possibly handle a cell phone. With Community Phone, she is able to have a Landline phone that she is familiar with. She has unlimited minutes at a set price and she is happy so I am happy.

                    It was a pleasure. The assistance in resolving my issue with having my name appear on the receiver's caller ID was greatly appreciated. The service representatives were very respectful and courteous.

                    Great Service been with you for over 2 years. Guess something happened. I called and got it straightened out. You are the best company I have ever been with and looking forward to many more years with you. Seems like when I first signed up they said something about after 2 years you get a free month any truth. Thanks for all you have done for me. You have far exceeded my expectations. Couldn't be better well I guess free could be a little better. Love ya all stay safe my friends

                    Very easy to set up community phone, and customer service was super helpful. One area of improvement is payment options - there is no eft available for seniors without credit cards so I had to put my own credit card on the account. Other than that it was seamless!

                    Elderly mom with spotty cell phone coverage was afraid to be alone and worried about needing to call family or 911 for emergencies. That’s where Community Phone came in and saved the day!

                    $20 a month Jeremy was my associate and he followed up consistently. Great customer service!!!! Mom loves the light weighted handset

                      All things considered, Talkroute has been a solid choice for my business. It’s not 100% perfect, but it's pretty close. I’m happy with what I’m getting, and I feel like it’s made managing calls for my business a lot simpler and more professional. If you're in the market for a virtual phone system, Talkroute is definitely worth checking out.

                      Super Easy to Use: Seriously, you don't have to be a tech wizard to get the hang of this. The setup was easy-peasy and I found myself navigating through the features like a pro in no time. Clear Calls: The call quality is top-notch. I haven't had any issues with calls dropping or bad connections, which honestly makes my life a whole lot easier. Awesome Features: I’m loving the voicemail-to-email feature; it's a total game-changer for keeping track of messages and making sure I don't miss anything important. The custom greetings are a nice touch too. Helpful Customer Service: The few times I had to reach out to customer service, they were really helpful and sorted out my issues pretty fast.
                      A Bit Pricey: I won't lie, I did hesitate a bit seeing the price tag, especially since my business is still pretty small. But so far, it's been worth the investment. More Global Reach, Please: I have a few customers outside the US and it would be awesome if Talkroute could enhance their international features to make communication smoother with my international peeps.
