Solid platform and very intuitive
Ability to opt in and out of carriers by selecting or deselecting at any time. They don't proxy the media! This is a big plus. This means calls have better audio latency. Prompt response via phone or email support. They support wideband audio from what we've seen. Query tool built into the web portal that allows you to look up call history, see the sip trace and download the pcap. Very handy for troubleshooting and only offered by most carriers by per request only. Extensive and diverse list of available terminating carriers. Reliable t.38 with some carriers. Competitive price.
I have seen none yet.
We have been terminating production traffic to SipRoutes for over a year now and it has been a great experience. The big plus is that siproutes has already done all of the hard work by contracting and interoping with large tier 1 carriers so us little guys can jump right in and start terminating to those high quality carriers. This would otherwise be impossible for us to achieve without siproutes because we are not a large enough company to make the commits and spend long hours doing the interop. They have a friendly staff and good experience in the termination game.
Their prices are actually pretty good. Here's why i think:
They do LCR between a very broad range of tier 1 carriers, whereas most sip termination carriers only terminate to very few carriers so siproutes has more "options" as to who to relay calls to.
You would think that siproutes prices wouldn't be as competitive because they are just using other carriers and don't have their own POP's but this has proven to not actually be the case from my experience dealing with other tier 1 carriers directly.
Would recommend to a friend.
