I tested my internet connection with the new voip speed test tool designed for Voip. It says I can have up to 4 lines and that my overall service would be good. I scored low on jitter but really good on all the others. Testing voip speed is pretty important to us we setup our own asterisk server to manage our incoming calls / routing them to extensions but have hired a company for general answering service like customer support

You want low jitter, or is that what you mean? Your jitter score was poor? Supporting 5 lines is good. You may have to start a call center out of your house or something.
