I am a photographer and need to make a lot of international calls to either overseas clients or to the locations where the weddings takes place, as well as the clients all over the US. I was looking for a stable telephone service with the good quality calls and an easy to reach tech support in a case of emergency. I stumbled upon Improcom's website on Google while searching for Voip service providers. The sales department was very thorough about the services and their equipment and prices. The sign up process was fast, and after couple of days I have got the phones and was ready to roll.
I have never used the VOIP before and to my surprise the quality of sound was great and still is until today. The price is reasonable and so far I am a happy customer.
