No call issues of any kind and no issues sending and receiving faxes. Like others have said you have to keep an eye on the billing. I have an annual plan and they always switch me to the most expensive month to month when the year runs out. There is no phone support and the email support is very abrupt and like the website assumes you are a technical expert. It leaves you wondering if your issue will be resolved or not and they do not say how to perform what ever task you have asked about. |
