Web interface while the best, could be even better and easier to use. However they do a great job on support, so help is always near.	In all honesty FluentStream has been great to work with. We've tried many other providers for our small shop, and our not-so-small customers, and they have been the ONLY hassle free company to work with. I gave them all 5 star reviews except one as I'm a harsh grader. The one 4 star area is features -- their features are great and they add more all the time, but I do wish their web UI was a bit easier to understand. Still compared to the alternatives their web interface is THE best out there, and we are able to do most things ourselves there, which we prefer. However, from time to time, I still find myself chatting or calling their support as those folks can do anything in no time at all. In the 2+ years we've been with them we have experienced no notable system outage, hard to say that about anyone else.
