Telebroad | Best Customer Service ever! 01/08/2017 - 14:49 | | they Designed my system better than i could imagine, they called it "PBX Architect", they added changes which incised my sales 20% due the batter call handling, | they are priced higher what we used to pay, but we get what we pay for ! | We have signed up with telebroad about 2 months ago, coming from ring
central, wile ring central was OK, i needed better features which we where
missing, handling 35 users with a large call volume,
telebroad seemed to be the best option for dose features,(multi IVR and
Queues) wile the features was the reasons we switched, it turned out that we
didn't utilize our voip system with the basic features a hosted system
provides, wile RC let you do everything on your own we still needed to know
what we want!, so the account Architect who was assigned to us, started with
understanding what we do for business so he can design the system in a way
that will handle our call volume best, we where simply surprised with the
analysis he came back with, like sales call priorities, auto login logout for
agents, VIP groups, ones we agreed on the setup he assigned us to customer
service where THEY actually setup our entire system, and we didn't tip a
finger in the setup! (at RC we did had to do everything our salves , now
after 2 months our sales actually incised so mush that we had to add sales
people to our team,
i came to understand that with the right guiding a phone system can change
they way you used to do business. i will recommended anyone to go with them
for their service and guidance on how to setup your PBX, in top of all the
voice Quality is better then what it used to be,
