The numbers we selected seem to be crappy. That is we still get about 2 calls (on 3 numbers) a week for the previous owners mostly for collections. | We've only had 1 technical issue with the VYL service in 1 year for 1/2 day. Setup is easy and I havn't had any issues since. Voice quality it generally good, but there can be an echo with high internet traffic. About 4 months ago they fixed the toll free problem, so we can use them now. Like most Voip services quality depends on your Internet service. With Cable internet (Rogers 7 and now 10 Mbsp) this works good. Having 2 extra numbers is a great feature. Customer service is very good. |
