Hangs up phone calls at or past one hour.	My guess is that my Magic Jack Plus is non-functional. Power supply is apparently dead and it looks like it took the Magic Jack with it. Lights up and the computer recognizes something is there when plugged into the USB port but no software opens and it will not connect a phone. Tried to find troubleshooting information on their site but there is none. At least nothing helpful. Decided to order a new one. Tried twice. No idea if none, one, or two are ordered. There has been no confirmation email sent. I would just go out and buy another but then maybe I will have three. What a sucky company. You may buy one and be fairly content considering the price. I was. Now? Not so much. Oh yeah, if you like to talk, the Magic Jack service will hang up at 1 hour without warning. Does not affect incoming calls and Magic Jack customer service will not admit this.
