The initial cost was competitive with the other voice providers and as our platform expands, pricing seems to be inline with other providers. Overall connectivity is solid. As with any technology, hiccups are incurred along the way, but our down-time with iCore has been less than 10 hours over the seven year span, and most of that after operating hours. iCore has been a good vendor for us. |
