I don't know if it was the difficulty level of the problem or the lack of knowledge and/or troubleshooting skill of my service rep. I wasn't happy being on the phone forever, which seems to be the case with your support team. | If you need call in support, my best recommendation is that you schedule it for a time when you have at least an hour to burn because every time I have needed support, it usually eats an hour block of my schedule. I can't say whether this is due to the level of complexity of the problem, or a lack of training/troubleshooting skills of the service team. Regardless, it would be nice if they could cut this in half. |
