The process to port the lines over was time consuming and seemed to take a long time to get down, however, I don't believe that was due to Net2Phone. So far, we have had great service and satisfied with the move. Saving a few bucks a year is also an extra added bonus.

Very helpful in meeting our business needs.They helped trouble shoot a third party solution which they did not have to do. I am able to speak to anyone and get a consistent response. This is hard to find these days.
