Worst experience of my life with a service provider! I was lied to on what the system could and couldn't do and when I finally realized it (after wasting 2 weeks of my time trying to make it work!) I've sent 4 tickets to support asking to cancel the contract they forced me to sign and all I get is an email back saying they will "get back to me shortly" but NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME! I've also spent HOURS on the phone with their customer service and after leaving me on hold forever they come back on the phone and tell me someone will call me back within the next 24 hours, that was A WEEK AGO!!! SERIOUSLY???!!! Am I the only client they decided to completely ignore or are all these amazing reviews a LIE? How can a company have SO MANY raving reviews but then ignore a client for 3 weeks and get away with it?! This is insane! I will at least try to post this on any and every site I can think of because it feels that the only time you get any service now days is if you take to social media! That's the only time company's listen to you nowadays!!!
