However, we found Fonality extremely unreliable with call quality and the use of the software. On a normal day we had dropped calls and poor sound quality. We frequently couldn't log into the HUD. We spent over 3 hours on the phone on a number of occasions trying to resolve, what seemed basic problems, with no success. After canceling the service the company continued to charge our credit card. Extremely poor experience with this company. |
