Nextiva is the model other phone companies should follow. Every person I've spoken to at Nextiva has been helpful and patient. I've had my fair share of disappointing experiences from phone companies but with Nextiva I've only been impressed. The way I see it is that they're real people. The closest comparison I can make of a company that rocks as much as they do is Zappos.
