I've used MJ for some years with decent quality and reliability. BUT, I have two MJ Plus' on different ISP's and different brand modem/routers', and I feel that neither is reliable.

As I have Googled, I also feel as others that the volume on both models cannot be adjusted to make the incoming voice loud enough.
