They tried to sell me a replacement ( charges were only for handling and shipping, they said) when mine was working through my usb port. When I confronted them with that fact they disconnted me and when I tried to get back on to talk to customer service they had blocked my number and had a prompt on there saying I didn't need customer service and only needed to replace a part. Be prepared if you, and you will, need to contact them because you will be on line for over an hour to try to get any type of help.. Also be aware that they charge $32 to port out your phone number to another carrier.. | Do not purchase this product. A friend recommended it to me before they had a chance to see exactly what happens with their customer service. If you don't mind being on line for over an hour and trying to get multiple people to fix the problem ( usually with no results) then this would be the product for you. |
