The straw that broke my back was an hour and fifteen minutes on chat and all we did was discover that my blue light was on, My Magic Jack was plugged in without the extension cord. And my key pad displayed "stock symbol CALL" to indicate latest software. They really give the consumer the runaround I hope I am included in the class action law suit Magic Jack really deserves to lose. |
