The sound quality is the same as our landline and the equipment is easy to use. I like the web interface for customization features and it's nice to be able to get a technician on the phone ( I can understand) to help me learn how to do things or troubleshoot issues. | The help menu for their web interface should offers how to's for customers learning the web interface. I did not know how to do something and had to talk to 2 techs to figure it out. The good part is the 1st tech emailed me to check in and said if I figured it out to let him know so he could learn as well! | Jive has made the transition process seamless and offers a good quality product. It is a learning curve for me but the customization makes it all worth it. The web interface is nice as it can be accessed from anywhere should we need to manage our phones remotely. |
