Always polite and professional.When I called in the first time to find out more about the company and services offered I was completely satisfied with the patience, professionalism, and knowledge of my customer service rep, Jen. It was near "quitting time", but she was not in a hurry to end the call and stayed with me until I felt comfortable enough to sign up for service ( my decision, no pressure or hype) . | There is nothing I did not like about Jive. I can't think of one negative thing. I have recommended them to every business owner I know. |
