This was our first "cloud" element, we now have our online data backed up in the cloud as well as our email and website. While there was no down time, it would have been preferred to see it complete faster. | The features are vast and took us a while to understand. Coming from an analog environment was a transition that took about 3 weeks to fully complete. This included porting numbers, educating employees on the phone system and new internet faxing, getting the phones installed and making sure everything was the way we needed it. The technical support is what deserves the most praise, every person has been quick, kind and knowledgeable. |
