Jive is easy to use and the quality of the call is nice. The price is great for a small startup like us. The customer service offered is good as well - our requests were always taken care of in a very timely manner and we never had to call back. The only issue is that sometimes you could hear a little overlap between the 2 phone lines we have in the office, but it wasn't too big of a deal.
