The customer support is friendly but NEVER resolved ANYTHING and NEVER returns calls or FIXES ANYTHING. | I lost half my calls for four months, they tried to help but I had to educate their staff on some of the finer points of VoIP and Asterisk usage, they were pretty uneducated and never fixed anything. I switched to them because I wanted phone support, and I have since moved to Sipstation, which saved me a lot of money per month and works much better. |
