I’ve personally set up about 30 phones (22 Polycoms and 8 Cisco headsets). The setup is straightforward, and the sound quality of the Polycom and Cisco phones is very good, though I personally prefer the Polycom sound quality. I've had a few minor configuration questions and whenever I contacted Ring Central Tech Support, they've assisted me in solving the problem. They are a professional organization. I’ve evaluated many different VoIP phone systems, and have personally used six different hosted systems over the past few years. I like RingCentral the best.

I’ve been using different RingCentral services for about 2 years now. I’ve personally set up about 30 phones (22 Polycoms and 8 Cisco headsets). The setup is straightforward, and the sound quality of the Polycom and Cisco phones is very good, though I personally prefer the Polycom sound quality.
