All faxes have to be scanned in to be sent. | Overall we love the service! The savings is just amazing. The clarity is perfect when making a call. All calls can be tracked on the website under a call log tab....same as faxes...along with any voicemails that may have been received. We like the greeting that is played when a call comes in...along with music for a call that is on hold or beiing transferred between extensions. |
