Simply said, they are great. Everything happens promptly and completely to your satisfaction. We would like to have the email version of the voice message transcribed as text. The wav file is great if no one is in your office or sits next to you. However, if you have no privacy, the text version is needed. If the choice is one or the other, I would take the wav file. However, both options are needed.

If you are with AT&T, definitely switch to Jive.  Jive answers quickly & well.  The phones come fully programmed.  You configure the system in a shared screen meeting.    All you do is plug them.  It’s so far better than the run around I have gotten with AT&T .
