I really appreciate the reliability of the service and the support. My business is fast paced and telephone dependent, I seldom need support and when I do they are right on the spot. Avad techs actually know what they are doing and not just surfing the web for answers!! BTW I strongly recommend you go with the suggested Edgewater router. It really solved my voice qulaity issues by protecting the VoIP traffic!
