The support group is friendly and willing to help. They have a lot of features that come standard with the system.	Not the cheapest Business VoIP Provider, but the support I get more than makes up for the slight increase in expense.	Overall, AVAD is a very reliable company that has a lot of features that are really important for businesses. I got everything I needed from them including the IP phones, toll free numbers, and local numbers. The system was set up and functioning with in 10-days. I did not have any down time when switching to AVAD's system.
