    Switched from vonage about 3 months ago after realizing there are more affordable services out there and have been truly impressed. sound quality better than vonage and you get more free features including a free virtual number which really helps me because I live in MO and all my family is in IL. Customer service is a drag but at least you talk to live reps after about an average 10 minute wait time. Have had no interruptions of service unlike with vonage and I am completely thrilled with my decision to switch.

    HORRIBLE!!!! Do not get this, I signed up for voip.net because of the price and features...but don't be fooled. First of all I got a receiver that didn't work, I should of returned it right there and then. After being on hold for hours, it worked. (took 2 weeks). No nextel phone can call a voip.net number, they said this is an ongoing problem at that it would be fixed in 72 hours, a tech called me 2 weeks ago, now I have no internet service, no phone service, and nextel still can't call me. I have called them almost daily (I don't have a couple hours to waste every day) to resolve this. I get nothing but lip service and I have opened many trouble tickets...nobody calls back. Their customer service is a JOKE...very frustrating!!! I am canceling the service and disputing all charges on my credit card...I have had the service for 2 months and it has only worked for only a month.

                        ITP Is The BestIf you are considering VOIP, then you need to get ITP. They have the best quality, customer service and features of any company. Their prices are amazingly low for a provider that offers so much. Whether it's their features, setup or their crystal clear voice quality, ITP is the way to go.

                        I've been switching between VOIP providers for a while now, trying to find the best overall. Every provider had an issue with one thing or another until I found ITP. They beat the competition in all areas whether it's call quality, pricing or customer service. They have so many different options and features to choose from and they all work great. And it's so easy to use! Definitely the best povider out there.

                        I was a little apprehensive about switching from my landline to VOIP, but after using ITP I am now thrilled. VOIP with ITP has the same clarity as the landlines do. I was afraid to set it up myself, but they sent me a free adapter and their super customer support walked me through the process.  And with their prices I'm saving a lot of money every month. All in all, ITP is an amazing VOIP provider that I will continue to use.

                        Best VOIP Provider Out ThereI have used many different VOIP providers in the last 2 years and none were as amazing as ITP. The call quality is superb, it's really crystal clear. I've yet to experience a dropped call or even static. And besides for having the best prices around, their customer service and support easily beats out all the other providers. No more waiting on hold for an unhelpful representative ever again. And on top of all the other great features, they send a free adaptor. All in all ITP is the right choice to make when it comes to VOIP.

                        3 minutes to set up. The quality of the calls are very clear. The free features I get from them, like getting my voicemail sent to my email is a HUGE convenience. My experience so far has been excellent. I recommend ITP.

                        Best Voip CompanyFor the last 2 months, I’ve been analyzing and researching for the perfect voip company. I’ve been reading various sites such as this one and talking to friends who have been using Voip. I finally came to the conclusion that ITP is the best in all aspects. When I called ITP they were very helpful in answering my questions (and they spoke English). When I finally ordered the service, the phone adapter came in 3 days. I’m starting with their basic plan for $9.99. I’ve been using ITP as my main phone for 4 weeks and so far voice quality is crystal clear. I hope to give another update in about a month.

                        I ordered this service, took 2 weeks to get it set up. Service never worked, their tech department had no idea how to fix my issue (phone would not ring on inbound calls) eventhough on the phone adapter's website (Linksys PAP2) it lists this as a common problem and have simple step by step instructions on how to fix. If I was able to login to the adapter, I could have easily fixed the problem myself. They're on East coast time and close a 6pm Monday thru Friday, I live in California and work full-time, could never be at home to troubleshoot the problem with them. When I complained enough, the Tech Manager made an appointment to call me after work, he did not call, I waited by the phone for an hour. In addition, he called the next night on the phone that DOESN'T RING. I know only because he left a voicemail, by that point I was tired of playing games with them and paying for service that I never received. They have unreliable service and are only open 9-6 est time Monday thru Friday, so if work for a living, you will never be able to fix your service if it stops working. My issue went on for 2 months with never having service, they wouldn't cancel my acct and refund my money till after they "closed" the ticket, so I payed for an extra month of service because of their incompetence. Don't waste your time. DO NOT USE ITP.

I can't think of any negatives. We get super phone service with all the features. Set up was easy. The web interface is user-friendly. I would recommend ITP.

                          what a find!I am so glad i stumbled onto their website, 15.95 a month are you kidding me, i just switched to an annual plan that is only 99 for the year, there was a fee of $40 bucks to switch but still 140 for a year is nothing, its was easy to set up, like two cords, i did have an issue with calls, it turned out it was a simple setting in my router, i didnt know this but a lot of companies routers you rent, block off ports and set up firewall settings to block your voip companies equipment from working, that way you get annoyed and cancel service, what a dirty trick, customer service is friendly in helpful, im glad i finally found a cheap reliable service, i know voip can be a mixed bag because it totally relies on your internet to work or not, but i dont think a lot of people understand that, because i see alot of negative reviews for voip companies about voice quality, but its really not the fault of the voip as much as your internet provider, people assume that if something isn't working on the phone, its the phones companies fault, but usually it is a internet problem. i was paying like 40 something with cable and that was half of my old land line with this nightmare of a company called fairpoint up in new england. i love saving money especially in this economy.

                          I had to reboot router several times in 3 months to get around problems. Customer service is non-existent. Ported the number over to Vonage; tried to cancel service but you can only leave voicemail. No one calls back. Finally talked to the billing department and cancelled. It was a hassle; customer service rude and uncooperative; refused to refund credit card charges for the number ported before billing cycle. Funny, they advised me to contact Vonage for compensation; which is what Vonage did... This company is dishonest to say the least...

                          Teleblend phone service is bad. Their costumer service is nonexistent and don't even try to email Teleblend you will never receive a response. I was a Sunrocket costumer that purchase the buy a year get a year free, but when they switch over to Teleblend they did not honor my deal and Teleblend service was bad, I could not receive or make phone calls so I canceled my service and got an email back 2 months later saying my account was closed, then 3 months later I receive an email from Teleblend saying my account was past due. I email them back telling them I had canceled my account and sent them a copy of my cancellation email from 3 months ago, and they still sent my bill to a collection agency.

                          Just stay from this compnay. The price they offer is not REALLY as cheap as they claim. Recently I switched to AllVoi.com and they offere very good service. When I tried to port my number from TeleBlend to Allvoi they did not even reply to my service request until the next billin cycle came that was yesterday. Exactly after they confirmed my credit card deduction, they started replying to my mails. As I did not use thei service not even once in the current month, that is only one day, wWhen I called them and asked for credit they said, 'NO', Whether it is one day or one week they won't care once they got the money from customer.
                          It is just plain cheating.
                          Stay away from them.

                          Their price is the ONLY good "feature".The customer service representatives have this attitude of  "Who cares?".
                          While they advertise so much to get more customers, they will end up losing unless they have good customer service (on top of good phone service too!)
                          At times, there is so much static on the other end, you will feel frustrated. And every time their engineer would say its fixed while the it would recur within a week.
                          SO::: DONOT fall for their price. This is a company that DESERVES to lose customers again!

                          I am one of those people that had Sunrocket and got ported over to Teleblend. At first service was o.k. and most recently I am getting more and more dropped calls. have contacted Their customer service several times and got the usual non service from them,

                          DONT FALL for the PRICE's if any LOW that they charge/quote.
                          Teleblend is making up Money for the loses incurred by Sunrocket!
                          Call the customer support no and u hear a default voice staying there is an issue with something
                          They ask you to call back for everysmall thing and can never be reached on phone!
                          This is their trick of trade to ask customer to call back for issues and they can never be reached!
                          I would recommend viatalk/vonage to this definetly. Teleblend is just crap.
                          I did not have service for 8 months and to add they double charged the credit card all the while creating two accounts for the same phone!.. at the end of it
                          staying it was 'by mistake'
