SRFax offers a fast, cost effective and reliable way of sending or receiving faxes via email. Plans start at $6.95 per month for 50 outgoing and 100 incoming faxes. The Small Business Plan for $15.95/month allots 200 outgoing and 500 incoming faxes. The charge for extra pages, regardless of the plan, is 8 cents per page. Customers can also avail of SRFax's Pre-Paid Plan, which charges $0.25 per page. This would be a good option for individuals or those with very minimal faxing requirements. And yes, SRFax also offers Corporate plans for those with high volume fax requirements.

SRFax lets you fax online through an easy-to-use navigator and fax through your own email globally. You can even schedule your fax delivery and receive fax confirmations. With SRFax, your business runs smoother and more efficiently.

Poor customer service, which is slow to respond and does not know your situation. I don't think they keep track of issues so when you call or email, the next service person doesn't have any idea so you have to explain things over and over again with each different representative.

We tried a number of other fax to email service providers and we could not solve a problem we had with integrating our CRM system with fax to email service providers. We eventually come across SRFax and all I can say is WOW!. These guys not only made the changes we required for the integration, during our free trial period, but did not charge us a dime for the work. It took them just 24 hours to make the changes and have them implemented. The customer service has been exemplary and we would not hesitate to recommend them  - well done SRFax.
