THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY WILL BAIT YOU WITH A $14.99 A MONTH THEN WILL TURN YOUR SERVICE OFF WHERE YOU CAN'T EVEN CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHEN YOU DO GET A HOLD OF THEM USING ANOTHER PHONE OR E-MAIL THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE AN EXCESSIVE USER AND IF YOU WANT YOUR SERVICE TRUNED BACK ON IT WILL COST YOU $49.99. I had this service alittle over a year when i first signed up i thought it was very good service but in the last few months it has went down hill very fast. Beware if you need to speak with someone from their service dept. its pretty much a joke you will be calling for hours. last month i had people calling me to tell me to stop calling.. it was people that i never called but i guess my service was calling, so they changed my number the very next day i had 20 messages on voice mail trying to reach someone else and then on top of all this they raise prices with no warnings and oh yeah they cut my service off said i was using my unlimited service to much and needed to upgrade to bussiness... This Server is pretty much a joke.....BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU HAVE THIS SERVICE MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE NEW MONTH RENEWS BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T THEY WILL TELL YOU TO LOOK AT YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT AND SAY PRETTY MUCH SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK.........BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this company knows nothing about customer service actually it's pretty well non-existent but when you do get ahold of them all they can say about a technical issue is "everything looks fine here" In other words they have no interest in your problem they just want there money. Call quality is the worst comparable to the days of Dialpad using dial-up internet service. If you want muddy sounding calls with lots of break-ups this is the service for you. Oh did i mention the FACT that you wouldn't receive half of your incoming calls? Or the fact that when a person calls that most of the time it will send them straight to your voice mail or even better it will say the line is disconnected when it isn't? since zingotel i have which to broadvoice and the call quality has been far superior, also keep in mind that the hardware device you use also makes a dramatic difference in the call quality. i use a spa-2102-na for two main reasons it has full duplex 10/100 ethernet on it, why does that make a difference you ask? well on older or cheaper devices they only use 10mbit half duplex
which means it has to stop, send voice, stop, receive voice and this is what causes breakups in calls or at least makes it far more prone to them. Where as with full duplex it's constantly sending and receiving voice at the same time, so the the breaks are non-existent unless you have internet issues. 2 reason is it has carrier grade voice quality to it which means well any person can figure out what that means. Any it has a much more robust chipset in it. Has more capabilities for adjusting to fluctuations and errors without hurting the voice quality. Sorry didn't mean to do a class on "voip 101". Any way hope this helps. Sry had to edit it a bit!!

I have been a customer of Zingotel for over a year and was until recently very happy with the service/value for the dollar. However, in the last week my service has not worked at all (there goes the value) and I've made numerous phone calls and e-mails to customer service trying to resolve. You cannot get a "human" on the phone, only option is to leave a message, of which they do not respond. I've left an alternate number to be reached at since my Zingotel number was not working. All I've received are a couple of e-mails stating that they had tried to reach me but could not. That was an out and out LIE!!!! They've not tried to call my "working" number once!!!! They do not seem to care any longer about keeping customers happy so I say "goodbye" to Zingotel. Any of you that may be considering switching to Zingotel, I say try reaching their customer service first before making any committments, even the sales department you only get the option of speaking to a recording. What a crock!!!

If you want to loose your money, want to have tensions in the mind all the time, get cheated, I would stongly recommend you to get ZINGOTEL connection.

Zingotel, Zingotel, Zingotel....Beware of it. They have a fantastic customer support... huh!!! We can never reach to the customer support, ALWAYS we end up leaving a voice message and these calls are never returned back.
And yes, FREE equipment, just 4.95/month, bla bla bla.. DO NOT believe, they have some hidden charges that will be some where in the middle of the agreement statement. There are many chances of overlooking at those small lines.
They provide very bad service. They are not sure what the billing date is and I have to keep checking my account every one hour from 1st to 6th if every month. By not doing so, we end up in paying late fee.
Finally if you are so fed up and want to cancel the connection, there is a fee of 39.99, equipment charges and so on which will be sent to your e-mail after the taking away the service.
I strongly recommend every one NOT to believe this kind of TRASH. They can cheat people to the extent they can.

I have TringoTel for few months now and had no problems with the service. Price is excellant and they offer unlimited incoming. Intially they were slow to send me adapter.

I have been a customer for over a year on the "unlimited personal" plan. I got along with it pretty well for the price. Then the day came when they blocked all my outgoing calls. They said I have "excessive use" and need to switch to the "business plan". I am only 1 person who talks little. The customer service is hard to reach and they do not return calls for tech support. They will not cancel or turn my service back on. I have never paid late, etc. They just try to force you to pay more.
Stay away from this company!!!!
