From Canada: I've been a very satisfied customer of VYL for over one year now... I've had no issues until recently, when I thought my voice quality was deteriorating... I did as is suggested at the bottom of their e-invoice, and emailed them my results from'VOIP Speed Test'http://myspeed.visualware.com/voip/ including my phone number, and my VYL device's MAC address... Within 3 hours I had a reply that an update had been sent to my device, and that I should reset it (unplug it for 15 seconds) Well 'blow me down'... My voice quality is back to 5 by 5... Just another accolade for an excellent company!

I am not employed by VYL nor related to any of the owners nor employees nor employers. I found out about Voip Your Life by doing a Google search for VOIP providors. What got me started searching was my monthy land line telephone bill. To keep costs down I was using a long distance calling card from Sam's Club. But still, I have my land line bill which is outrageous and my long distance bill. I wanted to be rid of both since the long distance card, I had to dial the 800 number on the card plus my id code then the telephone number of the person I wanted to call. Very inconvenient!
Well I found www.vopreview.org and am I ever glad I did. My twin brother wanted me to get this one voip service but after reading all the rave reviews on Voip Your Life I told it to check it out.
I ordered the service. When I tried setting it up I was having a little difficulty. I think I wasn't waiting long enough time for the modem to sync or something. Anyway, I called VYL and the poor service tech got stuck with me. He was sooooo patient with all my fumbling and so professional. In no time he had me up and running. I just kept thanking him for all his help. I just can't believe the clarity. I do have a cable modem with only about 5Mgs download and about 500Kbs upload. What is strange is when I'd call out all was great. But when my local friend would call, when I would talk, I'd get a slight echo. I emailed VYL about this echo. They e-mailed me back with instructions to test my connection then to email them back so they could tweak my modem. They also called me to see how it is going! Imagine that! A company that really cares. Do you think Verizon would do that or At&T?
I have spoken with family members in France (I live in Michigan) and it is like they are right next door.
The voice quality when talking to my friends in Alabama is also exceptional.
Now I can finally be rid of my land line and my long distance calling card! Woohoo!

I CAN'T HONESTLY GIVE THEM A 5. IVE USED SUNROCKET BEFORE THE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS, THEY WERE GOOD. I SIGNED UP WITH VOIP IN AUGUST AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO USE 83 MINUTE OF THE SEVICE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR TWO MONTHS TO TRY AND FIX MY SERVICE. AFTER TWO MONTH I GAVE UP AND CANCEL. AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME A CANCELATION FEE.
