Great pricing and good service. I used them when wanted to move to another
country and want to hold to my old numbers.

Pros Prices, customer service, Features such as Voice mail and text system

Cons Their online dashboard is not user friendly and because they have too many options.

voip.ms is the best VoIP service around.

Everyone I talk to uses voip.ms as their VoIP provider and everyone says the
same things--that they're the best bar none. I've used other VoIP providers
and none even come close to meeting the same bar that voip.ms sets. Pretty
much every calling feature is included.
My favourite feature is the ability to encrypt call traffic, and this is all
included.

Pros Call encryption, great value

Cons Initial hardware setup (though the same as other VoIP providers)

VoIP.ms has been flawless. This has been my first (and only VoIP) provider.
It much cheaper than the landline option. They have so many features, and the
prices are very reasonable. Call quality is excellent as well. Highly
recommended!

Pros Very well priced. Lots of features.

Cons No cons that I can think of.

I replaced my traditional cell phone plan with tablet plan and used voip.ms
among other alternatives of voip services for phone services almost 5 years
ago, and never really went back.

I am quite happen with voip.ms' quality and functions, it requires a free or
paid voip client app, such as Groundwire, to function as a whole. I don't
really use a lot of its functions, only need very basic phone services. In
that sense, some free choices are also good enough, but not quite reliable
like voip.ms. That's why I am in for it.

As for recommendations, I really hope the short code text message can work
well one day. Then, it will be a good replacement phone for most people.

Pros good balance between price and functions

Cons Short code text message may not work. If you rely on many of the verification code, be careful. But this is almost common for all voip services.

Been a long-time customer...You cannot beat customer service, Knowledgeable
and fast response . Called a few times with questions about cell phone
settings and they have always managed to find a solution

Pros Customer service is very knowledgable

I've been using VOIP.ms for over a year now, and for as long as I've had
them, I've never had issues.

The call quality is fantastic, I've heard from callers that I sound crystal
clear, and they do as well.

The pricing is unbeatable, compared to other providers, they have some of the
best budget-pricing out there.

Their portal is fantastic for those who want tons of options, and the
ultimate configuration.

Pros Call quality, pricing, and configuration options

Cons Very very rare downtime, and almost always announced via email.

I don't give a full five star review lightly.

VoIP.ms has been a primary number and service provider for about ten years
now.

Not a single outage with any of our numbers, ever.

The service keeps adding options like sms, secure calling, numbers in more
service areas, call recording, and all kinds of call management options for
forwarding, ring down, menus, etc.

I know they have a bunch of reseller options but I don't use them.

And pricing remains super low, with no weird billing issues to be seen.

The web interface is dated, but easy to use.

Their support is technical and helpful, and their support docs are good
enough that they end up being the first links in a lot of how to Google
searches.

So not sure what else to ask for in a VoIP provider. Fully works as
advertised for me.

As per my title: 10 plus years with Voip.ms, excellent communications, a
great company, almost perfect!
I also purchased one of the original OBI's at the time to work together with
Voip.ms, both still running well together in most cases.
Customer support throughout all these years has been very helpful and
continues to solve any concerns or problems as quickly as possible.
Their technology and upgrades continue on an ongoing basis and overall
improvements keep on getting better.
On a side note with their success, a few other Voip business models have
created new Voip startups based on their expertise, knowledge
and experiences but that's the way the internet and different technologies
continue to evolve these days it seems! ... :)
Still some improvements, in my opinion where Voip.ms is lacking, they need to
develop their own App which they still, seem to have no interest in adding at
this time.
Also, notifications per account can only be sent/forwarded to one email
address in most functions. Recommendations are considered but remain at their
own discretion.
Otherwise, highly recommended, one of the most affordable options, especially
with all the ongoing updates and advances with their growing features and
benefits.

I have a used this service over the years to host my company's PBX system.
The rates are super low but the best use I think is with residential. I have
called to about 16 different countries for personal and business reasons. I
have also leased an international DID where my older family member can call
me since she still uses a PSTN line.

Pros protocol and codec support features are added all the time no local pbx needed very affordable

Cons Web console could use a lift but it's only cosmetic.
