Very reliable, stable, and especially affordable. You get free waiting music
when people are on hold. Voicemail is sent by email as well. Very reliable
service. Constantly upgrading, and has frequent communications to their
clients.

[The service has always been completely reliable. Voice quality is
excellent. Any questions I initially had were quickly answered by their
support folks. It just works!

I've been with VOIP.MS for quite a few years when I cut the cord. Very
satisfied with their service. I've used a linksys PAP2T device to connect
phyical phones to their network but I've recently switched to forwarding to
my cell and that has also worked flawlessly

Pros price and features

Cons not really any negatives - except if your internet is down

Lots of features, no-nonsense interface, and first-rate support

I've been using voip.ms for more than 3 years and have ported multiple phone
numbers into the service over time. It's now the hub for all my family's
phone services. It offers a tremendous list of features, and by
combining/chaining them you can make your phone system do virtually anything
you want. My favorite feature is the IVR, which I use to eliminate 99.9% of
spam calls. I have all calls initially route to a prompt that says "Prove
that you're a human by pressing 3". If the caller pushes 3, it rings through
to me (or my voicemail if I'm away). If not, they are disconnected silently.
I also maintain a whitelist of numbers that bypass the "human filter". These
are an absurdly simple examples...voip.ms can do vastly more complex routing
and call filtering. But even that one feature is enough for me to stick with
them. Call recording is also a tremendously useful feature.

With so many bells and whistles, there can be a bit of a learning curve when
setting things up. On the few occasions that I've needed support, voip.ms
live chat has been quick and extremely helpful. You connect to a real person
with deep technical knowledge of their systems, not some useless sales drone.

In short, I've experienced no downsides, only improvements after moving to
voip.ms.

Pros Lots of useful features at very reasonable prices. Extremely competent technical support staff, available immediately by live chat. Very reliable service and prompt notices of downtime, on the rare occasions that it occurs.

Cons The huge list of features may make the service appear daunting (but it isn't really!)

I’ve Been with voip.ms for years always been happy with the services and
price. I have setup a number friends on voip.ms… they also love the
products…..and the system just works!

Pros Price is excellent….and easy to use.

I have been using VoIP. Ms along with zoiper for a few years now and have
been very happy with the service quality and customer service provided.

Pros Customer support Call quality Low price

Cons When I signed up, no area codes were available for my area, though that has now changed.

I love this service and have used it for almost 13 years. It has been
incredibly reliable and any time I had minor issues, their customer service
was immediately responsive to my needs. I plan on using them for my business
once it launches as well!

Excellent voip provider. I've used a few over the years have now stuck with
voip.ms for many years. Pricing is very competitive and if you don't use your
phone too often, the DID numbers offered by them with unlimited incoming
calls is the cheapest phone you can ever get.

The only downside with voip.ms is that you have be a bit tech savvy. Although
they support is very good and can help you set things up.
