I am using voip.ms for many years. Have few lines. As well, due the nature of
my business, also use other voip providers, so I can compare.
Quality is 9.9 out of 10. But the customer service is 11 out of 10. I wish
everywhere would be sort of close to voip.ms .

This is a great VOIP provider! I was looking specifically for a VOIP provider
that would port Alaska numbers. The setup was minimal and the do-it-yourself
wiki makes it very easy and seamless. My home phone bill dropped from $50 a
month to an average of $10 and that is while working at home. VOIP equipment
is low-cost to set the service up. Just read the VOIP Wiki page to figure out
the gear you need and set up an account. The VOIP account website is
full-featured so you configure your system to include any of the services you
want like voicemail. I highly recommend switching to the VOIP service for
business or home use. It will save you a lot of money, increase your control
over your phone service, and is easy to set up and port your number. I have
already gotten my neighbor and family members to switch over to VOIP.

Pros Great Wiki page to configure equipment, great low-cost value, account website is highly optioned and configurable, pay as you go billing with automatic payments, and ability to adjust options and services easily and without hassle!

Cons I have nothing bad to say about the VOIP service, website, and wiki. I feel this company is providing me a great value over the local phone company I was with. They are real industry disrupters.

Voip.ms offer what the others does not : freedom. You can manage all your
phone numbers, setup extended services, I'ts limitless.

With a great support and friendiness.

It is specially useful for travelers, stay in touch with your contacts
anywhere anytime.

I really like it!

Personally, my main reason for choosing Voip.ms was moving out of the
country, but wanting to keep my number. The port from the carrier (can you
hear me now?) was smooth and was very easy to set up.

Biggest issues i have are with voip.ms not having their own app (and Zoiper
being a pain sometimes) and limited SMS/MMS capabilities. I also wish
foreign DIDs were cheaper, but that might just be the market.

All in all, I'm happy with my choice to go with voip.ms

I switched from another voip service provider to VoIP.ms and has been a happy
customer ever since. The functionality is unmatchable, the price reasonable
and customer service very helpful.
I could not ask for more.

Pros The servers are stable. The price is reasonable.

Cons Sometime it is not easy to find the setting I am looking for. It would be better if a simplified view is provided for novice users.

Great quality, amazing customer service, and very affordable. I travelled in
Europe and Canada and I always found a reliable server to connect to.
Recommend 100%.

Pros Quality, customer service, price, affordability.

Cons The IOS system is limiting the activity of the softphone app and it disconnects you from the server.

I had been experimenting with various apps for soft phone and related
features, but once I discovered voip.ms it was an instant hit. Forwarding,
custom numbers and soft phone service with a tablet plan has saved me a ton
of money and given me great service. Will be recommending to anyone who can
use this kind of service.

This service is what I was looking for. I use this service with obihai to
replace my home phone service. The price is reasonable and the service is
reliable.

I am amazed with the amount of features that I get for just cents per day. I
am a do-it-yourself consumer and set up voip.ms in my house and on our
smartphones as a first time voip user with little difficulity. At my work
they pay a ton more for similar service, but with less features and less
control. Absolutely awesome that I have the same feature rich service in my
house and on my smartphones as a high end business for only a small fraction
of the price.

It's almost unbelievable how little I spend on 2 quality used Cisco phones
for the house, and free smartphone soft phone apps. We can basically answer
our "house phone" on our smartphones anywhere in the world with a wifi or
data connection. We call each other anywhere by dialing an extension either
in the house or from another country using our smartphones. I have even used
my laptop as a "phone". It's really beyond the scope of a simply review to
list everything that I get for so little money, so check out everything that
viop.ms offers with their service.

Pros I love that I can answer my house "land line" from my smartphone while on vacation in another country!

Cons I doubt that even a nitpicker can find something to complain about with voip.ms

Excellent service with no down time for a great price! Have been with them
for over 5 years and I’ve never had a single issue. Quick and fast setup,
and plenty of features!
