Fist of all let me say I was a pretty much a VOIP newbie. I knew I wanted to
know more so I did some research and found a few VOIP providers.. eventually
I settled on VOIP/ms. I thought they had a pretty broad range of services -
more than I needed at that time. So I went thru the first steps of getting my
home phone system on-line and setting it up to work with VOIP.ms. Perhaps I
was lucky but I get it set up pretty quick. I have had some issues over the
years, but VOIP.ms has made getting things straightened out pretty easy.
While my needs as a residential customer are pretty simple they have a very
full-feature service for business and re-sellers. The price for me is great
too.

I've been with a number of VOIP providers for both personal and business use.
I've found VOIP.ms to be a good solution. I originally came to them because I
was looking for the most cost effective option with the least number of
unwanted features because I had a couple of lines I was not highly engaged
with. Then as I got business rolling, and wanted more options, I liked the
scalability of VOIP.ms while still offering me a lost cost for service and
flexibility to move around and back and forth as needed. The service has been
reliable. Billing is straight forward. Porting was super easy and customer
service was top notch. I've been very happy here.

You get a pretty ok phone service for a fraction of the cost of the big companies

I've been a customer for many, many years. The good thing about this that you
can take it anywhere with you. I actually traveled to another country and was
able to use it - my relatves were able to make a local call to talk to me.The
3 star ratings above may well be because my internet is not great as I live
in a rural area. I don't know. But overall the service is well worth it.

So far I love it! Way less expensive than normal landlines and the quality is
equal if not better. Customer service is A1; had to contact them for a few
bugs at the beginning and I could fix them very fast with their help. I
recommend VOIP.MS to everyone around me.

I am a client since 2015 and I am very satisfied with VOIP.ms. If there is a
problem with my configuration, help is available and I always had quick
answers. As I use mostly my cell phone, the subscription to voip.ms services
allow me to keep my landline for a very reasonable fee.
Low costs, quick responses to technical inquiries, sound quality is near
those from traditional suppliers like Bell or Videotron
You need to be a little teck savvy to install the service, but a lot of help

I have been with voip.ms going on five years, and overall they are doing a
great job. There is a very large set of features and possibilities if you are
willing to dig into the details. We route even all our mobile phone activity
through them, and have several devices ring when our "mobile" numbers get a
call, so each call can be answered in the most convenient manner. It is
particularly nice when traveling abroad and using a temporary SIM card, you
can just include that in the ring group of your mobile number and nobody
would know. Voicemail is being sent by email attachment and transcribed,
which is very helpful too.
