I have had nothing short of the best quality service with VOIP.MS you can
tell that they are very in tuned to what their customers need and desire to
run their business and personal use. I have been working from home like most
people since the pandemic started. I simply purchased a number from them and
have all calls from my office forward to that number. On my smartphone, I
have an app which links to the SIP Account and I immediately within seconds
(less than 1 or 2), my cell phone rings. Other methods, including
forwarding calls to my Google Voice number, take much longer.
The voice quality is very clear and quality is bar none the best. I have
never had any issues with jitter or disruptions in the calls. My callers
also appreciate the music on hold that I have chosen for the rare instance I
have had to put them on hold.
Whenever I have run into issues which are rare, they are very responsive and
quick to resolve any issues. This speaks volumes in this day and age for
customer service.
