I have had nothing short of the best quality service with VOIP.MS you can
tell that they are very in tuned to what their customers need and desire to
run their business and personal use. I have been working from home like most
people since the pandemic started. I simply purchased a number from them and
have all calls from my office forward to that number. On my smartphone, I
have an app which links to the SIP Account and I immediately within seconds
(less than 1 or 2), my cell phone rings. Other methods, including
forwarding calls to my Google Voice number, take much longer.

The voice quality is very clear and quality is bar none the best. I have
never had any issues with jitter or disruptions in the calls. My callers
also appreciate the music on hold that I have chosen for the rare instance I
have had to put them on hold.

Whenever I have run into issues which are rare, they are very responsive and
quick to resolve any issues. This speaks volumes in this day and age for
customer service.

Pros Excellent quality phone service and an unbeatable value! Their Customer service is top notch and you can tell they really care about their customers.

Cons None that I can think of.

I started my VOIP landline in 2012. Before I took VoIP.ms, I called more than
8 VOIP supplies, according to the voice quality of their customer service
reps, I took the best one. Until now, I started to use my second VoIP
adapter. During the first two years, occasionally I had service interruption,
I had to contact tech supporters, it becomes very stable now.

Pros Voice quality and stability. There are tons of features, you can select and control them on your own. it is good for both home and business.

Cons Price could be dropped further for home users.

I have been with Voip.ms for over 5 years and have received very high quality
phone service since that time. Like most people, I was originally with Bell
Canada and was paying around $ 50.00 per month for basic phone service, with
the price increasing regularly. As well, the home phone was not used as much
as in the past so the actual cost was very high.

With Voip.ms, I now pay about 1/10 of that price, depending on how many calls
I make per month, so the savings have been substantial. As well, Voip.ms has
many additional features, although I only use a few of them.

Setting up the phone was easy and the payments are also easy, using my credit
card to transfer funds to my account once every few months as needed. The
monthly phone costs are then deducted from my account and I receive a message
when the available funds fall below a certain amount.

I would highly recommend their service and the cost savings it provides over
traditional phone service or the Voip services provided by the large Internet
providers.

I've been with voip.ms since 2013, with a pause in 2016/2017. I've always
found the porting process easy. I tried Ooma before moving to voip.ms on the
advice of a friend. No regrets. The call quality on Ooma was not acceptable
(likely to due my distance from their servers), but with the number of server
choices on voip.ms, that is not an issue.

Pros Call quality and customer service

Cons Definitely not plug and play, but following the detailed instructions they provide, the set-up is worth it.

This is the first VOIP service I have had and never had an issue with the
service. If there are outages I am alerted of them.
Its a very slick service and adaptable. I recommend to all my friends. I
cannot comment on customer service because I never have to use them :)

Pros easy to set up...once done and forget about it

I have been this service for the past 10 years and it has helped me to save
money receiving a very high quality service. At the same time I can carry my
number anywhere I go and recieve or make local and international calls.an

I have been using VOIP.MS for a few years now. Besides great service and
good prices, one of the best features I like is being able to search for a
DID. Their search interface is top notch. One can search for partial
patterns, for example all available phone numbers that contain 6535555 for
example or one that spells "Call Saul". This makes it easy to find custom
numbers that match a client's need. They do not charge extra for easy to
remember numbers such as one ending in 1000. Combine off of this with their
expanding features and I find them my go-to service. They are also very
communitive about any outages.

Pros Many customization options, completive prices, quit to respond and communitive customer support

Cons A slight learning curve on how their interface works.

I have been using the VoiP.ms service for over 10 years now without any
trouble. I am so confident that I have switched out all my family member and
they are enjoying the same great service and features at a fraction of the
price of others. I have referred colleagues at the office as well and they
cannot believe the value of this VoIP provider.

Pros Lots of features, fast and responsive customer service, some of the best rates around for international calls.

Cons There are a lot of features that new users wouldn't understand or use. That being said, they are very easy to set up

VOIP.MS offers the best in every way in VOIP trunking services! Minimum down
time and excellent customer service when you need it, which isn't often!
Porting from other carriers is effortless. Pricing is quite low. Overall
the first choice in VOIP service!

I've been a Voip.MS customer for at least 4 years now and cannot recall a
single time when the service was down. The redundancy in their network is
awesome. And, I love the feature set including SMS capabilities on my VOIP
line, And the Ring Groups feature that routes calls to multiple numbers is
stellar. I give just one number to friends, family, and co-workers.and tell
them it'll ring my office and my cell phone. They are always responding
that's 'magic'. With all these features, sometimes it's sometimes a bit
difficult to get the setup correct. The awesome documentation helps most of
the time. But when it doesn't I simply type a 'chat' message and get a timely
helpful answer.

Pros Ring Groups. SMS capability. Call Screening. Helpful tech support.

Cons I sometimes wish I could forward an incoming SMS to multiple numbers.
