Best Hosted VoIP Bang for your old PBX bucks !

With mobility in mind and an old PBX in house, the time had come go into VoIP. After a lot a research we ended up choosing Fonangle has a partner in our endeavor.
From our lab to end delivery we were never alone. The Fonangle team really showed us why they are the best at what they do.
Our main challenge was also the fact that we are in Quebec and we need French to be everywhere in the system. That challenge was taken by Fonangle and our team so that our requirements were met.
Ounce deploy this new system gave us 1 mobility for our sales force, lessen the time assistant takes call, thanks to the IVR and we ended up saving 3K a year over our old system and services but gain 10X the functionalities.

Great service, great price and no hassle setup.

We are a fast growing digital marketing and advertising agency. For us, time is money, uptime is crucial, and phone reliability and voice quality is an extension of our brand as we must be available at all times for our clients. So, we were with another vendor (Broadvoice) and it had deteriorated so bad I was ready to throw it all in the trash. So I started shopping. Being an IT services/staffing provider, we know how technology should work as well as the reliability – that’s what we wanted. Also having sales and recruiting here we needed queues, VM boxes and auto attendants and the ability to record calls and have all voice mails sent via email. So, with all of that in mind the shopping began.
With many of the other vendors, they were dead set on selling us their hardware. We had already invested in Cisco IP phones and I wasn’t about to ditch them. With FonAngle, that wasn’t the case (not sure if it still is) and that was a huge selling point for me. I also didn’t want to get locked into some ridiculous contract, and I didn’t with these guys. Also, their online interface is super simple and easy to use with a lot of features. We also had several numbers that needed porting as they are well established business lines.
After mapping out everything we needed and setting up our phones, FonAngle got us online – FAST. We were up and running and simply forwarded our existing numbers until the porting was done. This allowed us to use their system from the get go.
Lots of detail here, but the point is, it was smooth and has been. I never dread calling for support or worry about a support ticket going into a perma-queue with no answer. These guys are good, solid and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

Customer service, customer service, customer service.. did I mention they have great customer service? Everyone I've dealt with has been fantastic, from initial call, to sales then to support. Many times after the initial sale, you're left out on a limb. I've never had that with these guys.
Everyone has something they can improve upon, right? I'm sure they do to, but it's nothing that's been visible to me - the end customer.

iQuasar is a small business with offices spread in a few countries. We saw a night and day difference between what we had and what we have now through FonAngle. These folks are very good and they were very flexible with our needs. I have recommended them to an investor and will definitely recommend to other small businesses like ours. Very satisfied.

I'm a small busniess owner and Bria is crucial to my daily business. Over 500 nonprofit organizations around the country use our software to manage and track their donations and fundraising, and we depend on Bria to help those customers when they call us for technical support each day. We even recently closed down our physical office and have our entire staff working remotely, and all of our communication (both internal and external) is done mostly through Bria. Our customers never have issues calling, and it is so easy for us to pick up, hold, or transfer calls. Everything works really smoothly, and our customers would never know we were all in different places. We’ve been with FonAngle and using their Bria for almost 2 years, and so far, it has been nothing but the best. If we ever have any issues, or questions, their team responds so quickly… it really is impressive. As far as any “technical difficulties” we haven’t experienced anything that makes us question using their product and service. Their system has only gone “down” twice in the two years we’ve been using and it wasn’t for any unbearable amount of time. Our customers were either very understanding, or didn’t even notice (that is how quick the “down” time was). We are using Bria constantly from 7am to 3:30pm PST Monday through Friday, and we can always count on it. Overall, I would highly recommend FonAngle and can’t say enough about their excellent support and friendly and helpful staff.

I inherited Fonangle from the previous IT manager, but I am very pleased with the service they provide. Of course there are glitches and things that happen, but our contact at Fonangle (Curtis) is always ready to help and pleasant to talk to. I had to reconfigure our local network a little to get rid of phone drops and choppiness in the line, because we had a maze of switches and hubs throughout our network and in between phones. Once that was out of the way I haven't heard any complaints from the users. I do not have any comparisons to other VOIP providers but I would recommend Fonangle to anyone.

Great support! whenever I have a(n) problem, issue, or simply a change in configuration, I can always rely on our Fonangle guy to provide prompt and knowledgeable support!

I evaluated several other providers and could not find another hosted solution that could match the features and value that Fonangle provides. The BLF indicators are really nice. You can also bridge (conference) phone calls, which is amazingly a feature that other hosted providers lacked. Sales & tech support team are both top notch. They even helped me setup routers that give voice traffic priority so that our calls aren't disrupted by other users downloading files from the web. We've experienced various technical glitches but Fonangle's support staff was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. While those glitches can be frustrating, I have to say that I've been satisfied with the resolution every time. I've also been very happy with the Yealink phones. Fonangle pre-configured them which was especially nice for my remote office-- they could just plug them in and go.

I am new to Fonangle. I was referred by a friend that has been using their service for over a year now. I had no hesitation, when I decided to make the switch.
The process was simple and easy and the support staff was very patient and helpful. They answered a lot of my questions before even I decided to sign up for their service. Another point that I really liked is that they don't BS you. They explain you exactly how the service will perform. I had difficulty with my previous provider porting over my number, however the support staff handled the whole process without even me having to worry about it.
I have and will recommend them to my friends, and I am very happy with their service so far.

FonAngle was the only VPBX provider that could accommodate our inbound call routing requirements. They have provided excellent customer service. Capabilities. I would recommend FonAngle to any business that is need of a full featured VPBX with outstanding customer service.

My company switched to Fonangle, because they offer music on hold. However, it was a big mistake. Almost every week there is a few hours when they experience "technical difficulties" and the phones have no service. We run a busy business of transportation, there is a high volume of calls from customers arriving at the airports, train stations, etc. Every hour lost means many lost customers for us (not to mentions all the bad reviews we get because of that).
They also persuaded us to get Bria, but after purchasing it, they refused to help me set it up...
Also, their site where you can access your personal account and manage phone transfers, goes "down" quite often. Imagine not being able to transfer your calls at 7 pm when you leave work! Come on, Fonangle, do I have to stay overnight in my office because I can't transfer phone calls to the dispatch?
I'm currently looking for another company.
