A comment on past comments
This is addressed to the individual who made the comment about being charged and not refunded. We have always refunded someone's money when they have requested such. I will personally call you to task to prove that you, or anyone else, has requested a valid refund and were not issued it. I may be reached by calling (518) 618-0000 and you can ask for me directly. If you feel you have not received the support that made us the number one Internet Provider in 1997 (publicly available records), please call me directly, because your comments could not be further from the truth. I will be more than happy to be sure that you are given the level of support you require. We are not newcomers to the VoIP market place. We have over 60 years of experience in building and running IP networks. Our quality is second to none and I personally meet with every employee and instruct them that customer service is number one - no if's and's or but's. If you have an issue, then I recommend that you call me directly or contact your local Attorney General, as you've stated you did, and call me to task. Thank you for your consideration in this regard.
